The thought of taking 4 chewables a day literally turned my stomach as I found the taste of them to be pretty vile. My doctor recommended these as an alternative and they've worked so well for me, I've already bought a year's supply.The pills are large, but I just take them one at a time and they go down with no problem and no stomach upset. No smell, no taste, a perfect solution for me.If you have problems with large pills, they may be an issue for you. I toss one to the back of the throat with it facing left/right across my mouth, take a moderate swig and no problem. Been using almost a month 4x/day and have yet to have an issue.
