I had good customer service with this
I had good customer service with this, so it pains me to leave this review. Do not buy this pump. It is the most stressful pump you'll ever own. I use presta valves, and what this thing does is break the inner valve because screwing it on takes it out. There's sort of a 'sweet spot' where you can eventually screw it on properly and it sometimes fills without taking the inner valve out or worse getting stuck in the pump as well. The first one I had was such trouble they sent another one, but that one didn't work at all yet. It simply took the inner valve out on the first try, so I am going to borrow some pliars from a friend to screw it back out. I am an avid biker, I bike year round so I've owned a few pumps in my time. I recently traveled and moved so I needed new one. This one is very stressful, unless you have a few hours and extra tools around to eventually get your tires to proper psi (for me it's 90) don't buy this thing. The only reason it gets one star is because the 3 times the first one worked new it worked very well. Other than that though, it's been a nightmare. I have had a few pumps and even the Walmart one (emergency use) wasn't this bad. Don't buy this, unless you have hours and tools to eventually (maybe) get your tires properly inflated. I gave up after one tire today when my new pump arrived and the valve came out first try.

Better pumps out there.
I'm not sure how accurate the readings on this pump are. As expected, it takes forever to pump your tire to the proper psi. I only use this as a back up pump because it is portable...this is better than nothing. I use my Birzman floor pump before going out to ensure that my bike is at the proper pressure. The clamp holding the pump to my bike also broke within a few months of purchasing it. The light that came with this pump comes in handy though.

great bike pump.
great two action pump. Small and light. use a velcro strip to help secure it to your bike. pressure gauge works fairly well. Have pumped my tires up to 110psi no problem. Screws on well to presta valves and shruder.

expensive and unreliable
This pump is hard to use for presta valves as one must thread the finicky coupling and the connector o-ring flies out every time it's detached from a valve. The pressure gauge stopped working after a month (the reason I got this one), it only reads the pressure while actively pumping. After a couple of months trying to get by with this, I switched to CO2 for rides and a floor pump for home.

Chaning my review
Originally I said this pump was not for presta valves, about how it stripped the actual valve stem out every time I used it. Turns out that little red button on top is a bleed valve and is essential in the operation of the pump. I fancy myself a fairly intellectual individual but this bleed valve was pointed out to me and I felt like an idiot. This pump works absolutely great and has become my favorite of all time. Fits in a jersey pocket just fine, easy to use at multiple angles thanks to the rotating hose.. the only reason I can't give this pump the 5th star is because it isn't a two-stage pump that inflates on the push and pull action. I have other pumps that have this feature and it's a huge time saver. All in all though, this has definitely become my "go to" pump.

What did I just blow 40$ on!!?
I don't think I've ever come across such a poorly made product, it's actually quiet funny! First the mounting bracket, its made out of the cheapest most thin plastic that it will snap under very little force, I have a 13$ bell from walmart and it's bracket is atleast 4x stronger than this. The part that you grip with your non-dominate hand is screwed into 5 threads, anything over about 70 PSI will just rip it out over and over leaving you with nothing to hold onto but the gauge head to try and stabilize the pump. The rubber ring inside the hose will always be left on your valve when you remove it, which you will need to stick back in the hose with a paperclip or something. Also this pump WILL NOT pump above 90psi no matter how hard you pump. This is not a complete gauge/home-travel pump all in one deal for 40 bucks I was hoping it would be .. It's just a frustrating piece of garbage.

It was pretty good better than a lot of pumps that I have bought only concern I have about it is where you adjust the pressure and keeps coming off I will find some type of glue and put on it other than that it is Dependable when you need it

Several uses--gauge is handy--sturdy bracket.gun
Bought this pump before getting my e-bike, but I have used it for sport balls. Slow but precise inflation, smooth action, gauge is nice feature,as is mounting bracket
