A bit of a pain to install, but worth it. Made all the annoying rattle inside my down tube disappear. I soaked these with wd-40 to help then slide down into place, most if it went in no problem, the one making a 110 degree curve around the bb for the dropper post did bunch up, but after a couple rides, it straightened out in to place. 5 stars

Got tired of hearing my cables and brake hose slap inside my frame when riding the nature trail. This product resolved that issue. Only downside is having to bleed the rear brake but definitely worth it.

this is a must have. i had a carbon bike frame that was super noisy due to internal cabling. i got a roll of this and had my bike mechanic install it. the frame is much quieter and i feel much better about riding and racing without worrying about excess noise being due to a defect in my frame. there is enough to take care of a lot of bike frames.

Not an easy install. Have a plan. A whole ton of patience and the Park Tool internal routing kit is helpful. Even with that this took some finesse to install into my Yeti SB 5.5. The frame ports aren't very big and this foam is fairly sticky once its fully around your housing. It doesn’t slide on effortlessly. Works great once installed. Cable rattles completely gone.

Used to wrap dropper cable on '21 Trail 429. Had to remove the cable to slide this on.

It is what it is. A foam tube. You buy this because it's annoying to source the exact size you need at the hardware store. Works as intended but it would be nice if it were more engineered for bikes. Slightly slimmer fit and some sort of slick interior for ease of installation would have been nice. Expensive for what it is.

Guaina perfetta per silenziare i tubi freno e cambio che all'interno del telaio sbattono.Il costo non è basso ma sono tanti mt di prodotto, questo significa che comprato una volta possiamo "schermare" varie bici.

Per chi non ha mai avuto modo di usarla, parto col dire che assomiglia a quei tubi di schiuma neoprenica che si usa in idraulica per avvolgere i tubi dell'acqua calda dei termosifoni, ovviamente con un diametro molto minore. Il diametro esterno è di 1 cm. più o meno mentre all'interno ci passano tranquillamente sia i tubi dei freni idraulici che le guaine dei freni per chi ha ancora freni meccanici.E' ovviamente leggerissima e fa la sua funzione egregiamente. Dopo l'applicazione non si sente più il rumore delle guaine che sbattono dentro il telaio, sia esso di alluminio che in carbonio. Un accorgimento pratico: tagliate il pezzo di guaina aggiungendo almeno 7-8 cm. alla lunghezza reale che dovete coprire. Potete fermare le estremità con del nastro isolante per non farla scorrere o semplicemente lasciarla libera. Io l'ho utilizzata nel down tube della mia CUBE AMS 100 SLT con telaio in carbonio. Come dicevo, è bene tagliarne un po' di più della misura che serve e comprimerla per arrivare allo spazio da coprire. In questo modo, facendo anche un po' di grinze, assolve anche meglio alla funzione di attenuazione del rumore.
