The rug won't lay flat, I've sat things on all corners to try and get them to lay flat, they look fine for a few hours and then they start curling back up. Ripples/waves in middle of carpet that won't flatten out. Lots of loose threads coming out of it all over it. The last row of the outer edge is a grayish color and already looks constantly dirty. Wouldn't purchase again. Not the quality I look for this price.

The media could not be loaded.  This product was unraveling the first day when I unboxed it. I think it would have split itself apart to escape being stepped on, it was so brittle. The refund process was simple and fast.

I purchased this rug before I read the reviews and some of them were not the greatest which had me worried. But this rug is absolutely gorgeous.. it is well-made and lays flat and is perfectly symmetrical. And I did not expect it to be so soft . It is cozy to walk on and I can even do yoga on it.

The photo on Amazon is exactly what I had pictured for my room, but the product sent to me was slightly off. It was misshapen (Which is ok I guess because I can hide that bit under my bed as it sits on either side of the bed.) and the woven edges are almost the exact same color as the rest of the rug. For the price I guess I can't expect much, and it still looks good. Worst part is that the rug I received smells terribly of mildew. Not quite sure what to do to get rid of the smell, I'm hoping febreeze and a good airing out will do the trick but if it IS actually mildew I'll be screwed. I ordered two but they sent them separately for some reason, so I'll see if the next one also smells bad. I don't think I'd order from this place again though.

I love this rug. But as you can see from the photos there are holes all through the rug. Also, it does not lay flat. It is not as good quality as I hoped it would be. Love the look and the color. But, I expected better. Of course I can request a replacement, but I have to pay to send this one back which would be too expensive. Also, it was not shipped in a box. It was shipped in a flimsy plastic cover. It was also rolled up the long side 10ft. Not the 8ft. When the UPS guy delivered it, it was folded nearly in half which broke the cardboard insert (see last pic) that is on the inside that the rug was rolled up on. Perhaps that could be a reason for the holes. Not sure. But, I would blame that on whoever shipped the rug. It should have been rolled on the shorter end and in a box. And one other comment, the back side was very dirty like it had been laying on dirt. I would not buy this again and do not recommend anyone else to buy. Very disappointed.

This rug is not worth returning but I find the quality to be poor for what it is. I have another similar rug, different manufacturer and it is of much better quality. This rug came with a corner that was already starting to unravel, so I repaired it myself, but while doing so I noticed that the rug is already frayed in many other spots. I am expecting it will not hold up long. It is made with a very chunky rope (maybe 1/3" in diameter) and crochet type knot (maybe 3/4" in diameter). Not sure the pictures show this well. The rope itself frays easily - it is not well woven, just a bunch of small fiber strands slightly twisted together. You can't expect a lot for what it is and for the price which includes shipping, but since I have a similar rug that is much better made this one only gets two stars because of the low quality workmanship.

Looking for a runner that met all the husbands requirements .. I wanted jute he wanted soft and thick. This rug isn’t thick but has the feel of thickness when you step on it and the fibers are not rough and scratchy.I have it laying on an uneven rock floor and there isn’t an imprint of the stone edges. The dimensions are true to size, color is true although not as defined as shown on the advertisement page. Very pretty, glad I chose it.

I tried this because of a review that said it wasn't rough. It isn't, it's actually pretty soft. I was pleasantly surprised with how soft. Not irritating to bare feet at all. Looks great and is low profile (like I wanted). I wanted it for my entry way, perfect for that. For cleaning-I prefer something I can throw in either my home or commercial washer. This can be picked up and shaken out. You can't actually vacuum it, but I use my the bare floor tool on my canister vac and just sort of "pat it around" or use the regular head and just use as bare floor setting and roll it over with no beater brush. It works ok. I will say that dirt does not show up much on it so it really is good for inside the doorway. I don't know how well it would hold up with a lot of water or mud. My front door is covered and since there's a mat out there not much would track in unless you were really in the mud ... But it great for regular coming and going with a bit of dirt, sand or water on the bottoms of your shoes.

This rug is so beautiful, perfect for my foyer.So soft, the colours are varied and exactly as pictured. It is so well made, heavy and tightly woven, I feel this will last a long time. I love the large band around the edge, just looks next level. Impressed with the packaging, wrapped in three layers so it arrived in great condition and was delivered very quickly. Let’s hope it stands up to Canadian winters with snow boots in a high traffic area!

This carpet was perfect size, perfect colour until I put it on my floor. The seams where all unravling and therewere pulls all over it, I was so disappointed. I wanted to get another one but did not chance it, I got a refund and will order something else instead.

This rug is beautiful to look at. I love how it brightens my space. However because of the material it’s made from it sheds like crazy and gives you something akin to tiny splinters. It is also coming unravelled in a couple spots. It has a kind of oily feel to it - even still after several months.

The rug itself is beautiful and just what we wanted. Unfortunately after a month of being down it is beginning to fall apart. The stitching has come undone in spots and there are holes showing through. When I messaged the seller they advised this must be my fault and I was too rough on the rug. The rug sits under a table that is seldom used and so my vacuuming it would have been the only time it was even touched. They advised there warranty is about a month and there is nothing to be done. My advice is to read the reviews here and find a seller for tbe product who will stand behind what they sell and is not rude to deal with. You will get no help from them.

What I received was a joke, actual mud and filth was embedded in the falling appart rug. Beyond that it was extremely warped and off by several inches on either end. At least I got a good laugh.
