The item looks great. However.....1. The information booklet is very poor. Information is limited and it only covers one process of setting up the item on your wifi network;2. You have to register with an app provider (as with all things nowadays) but the app has to link via your home WIFI;3. I have a 5 GHz WIFI (local connection but higher speed) but this item & the app only works on 2 GHz (lower speed WIFI), so it is not possible to connect the device or the app via your home WIFI;4. As you cannot connect via the home WIFI, it means you cannot use it remotely (so what's the point!) and instead have to connect via direct phone/Unit WIFI;5. So by connecting locally to the unit directly, it means your phone cannot connect to your home WIFI - Crazy!;6. Even when you connect directly and you find the unit on your phone, the app requires a password to the local connection to the unit - but the VERY limited instructions do not give you a password, so its impossible to connect directly to the unit.My advice, save your money and buy something that works well. Its crazy that the makers of this go to ALL the effort to make a great looking product that is let down by very basic fundamentals. It must have taken a lot of their time, brain power and effort to think of how to make a useless product look so great.

Great little heater unit, exactly what we wanted to heat a cold spot near our babies cott. Power output not to strong, mild heat output that warms the area nicely overtime. Alexa all good too.

Was really annoying to get going. Eventually got working with app. Very small and not suitable for anything but the tiniest of rooms. All that is fine though.What's not fine is that when (after two weeks of not much use), when I turned it on this morning it gave a loud bang and a flash. Was a good alarm clock. Now it's a good door stop 🤨

I bought this item as I was attracted to the design.Unfortunately it has suddenly sopped dead, I have checked the fuse which is OK, so it appears to be internal, this has now rendered the appliance as useless.I should order with thought.

Bought it thinking it has a thermostat function. It does not, it just has a high and low setting. It's also incredibly overcomplicated and difficult to operate without a phone/alexa. Small and underpowered

Extremely tiny, with weak output. Couldn’t get it to connect to Alexa. Sent it back

Heater connected once but now wont reconnect so cant change any temperature settings.
