I've been looking for a good set of metric hex drill bits that I can use with a hand held torque wrench for rifle scopes and mounts. These drill bits fit the bill perfectly. They are obviously of high quality steel and the long shank really helps get into tough areas that a hex key on a ring just cant get to.The drill bit set came in a nice small plastic case so it's easy to keep them organized. Even the Dewalt pack of SAE drill bits I bought just came in "bubble wrap" and cardboard and they just get separated and lost in the bottom of my tool case drawer.Probably one of the best features is that they are magnetic which is great when I'm working on a small scope screw and it drops - the magnetic bits keep it from falling on the ground and potentially becoming lost.I've been very pleased with this set and would recommend it to anybody looking for a good quality metric hex drill bit set at a pretty reasonable price point. Oddly, it was very easy to find SAE bit sets but it was kind of difficult to find a metric set. With all the IKEA type furniture out there that needs assembly you would think metric sets would be more widely available than they are. These kind of bits are perfect for that sort of thing - cut your assembly time literally in half or better.

How can this possibly get good reviews. Havent used every bit in set, but the 3 mm, i use the most on medical equipment, is not 3mm. So will have to buy another brand or dig out old set. Meanwhile I have to use an angle allen instead of a screw motor when it counts. I don’t even care about the paint chipping off the tips. Just wanted the tool to do the job. But it’s pretty out of the box.

The bits appear to be quality made and work just fine. The size is not stamped into them and may wear off. The storage box keeps them lined up but they fit loose within it. It would be easy to lose a bit or bits if the box is opened and accidentally dropped or knocked off a work surface.

The 6 mm bit jammed in my Makita XDT14 impact driver. The quick release chuck moved to release the bit, but the paint on the bit caused the attachment mechanism to jam. I had to take the driver to a Makita authorized dealer for repair.The bits a great design. Metric hex-drive bits are hard to come by in this simple style. I thought the price point was spot on. My mistake. I lost half a day of work. I had to leave the job to seek out the repair shop. Then before returning to finish my day of work, I had to search on line and visit two big box home center stores to purchase a new impact driver. Shoddy engineering is no worth the initial savings on a product that will cost a lot of time, money, and headaches. Nobody needs this hassle during these difficult days of questionable job security.

When I was initially looking, I was looking for a single bit. Then I saw this set and decided to get two. They seem to be fairly good quality and they work and fit properly. Got a driver for $1.25 from the local dollar store and that makes a small, compact hex key set for the emergency repair kit. I also bought the SAE (inch) set.

These are now in the trash. Horrible. Coating is paint. After one use does not fit.

I thought at that price it would come in a nicer case. The bits themselves are pretty nice. I like the length and seem well built. The case however will not work. If you put this in your tool box the bits will certainly spill out and be lost forever. The cases won't even close all the way because they are too thin for the thickest bit.

Like it because I use a small electric screw gun and these fit in the barrel. This speeds up my assembly or disassembly times when working on my RC vehicles. Mostly use sizes 1.5mm, 2mm, 2.5mm. Most of these bit sets are overpriced, but these are a bit more reasonable. Used them a few times and so far so good.

Fit for the trash, DON'T BUY!I purchased this set of bits for working on RC trucks as it had a 1.5mm bit. Turns out 1.5mm to these guys is more like 1.34mm. I primarily use 1.5,2.0,2.5 and they're all off enough to either strip the screw head instantly, or not even attempt to turn the screws. Worst $26 CAD including Express shipping I've ever spent on anything in my life.Here are the tip dimensions for each included bit. Tolerances are pretty far off, and they are soft. You WILL spin the bits if you try to actually torque anything down.Got a set for each 3d printer so I would not need to use allen keys, and they would look neat clipped to the side. I will only use them if I don't have a Wiha set handy. Very light duty, 3mm was toast after 5 minutes of light use. Not bad as long as you know they are throw-away bits. Don't expect to use these for any real work.

It took one use to round off some corners and it wasn’t under any great pressure

Came in good condition.seem to fit fine ,haven’t used much so can’t say about there durability.
