My favorite bag!
I purchased this bag a little over two years ago as I am a home health nurse and I have had the most compliments from my coworkers (and even some patients)! The bag has held up well and looks very crisp and professional. This bag is very functional as it has tons of room for all of my supplies and carries comfortably. Seriously considering purchasing an extra to keep in the closet if needed in the future in case they stop making these.

Great bag, fantastic customer service
I purchased this bag weeks shy of 2 years ago. DAILY use, zero missed days. 4-5 visits a day. Functions at every zipper, bag is still crisp, and BANG! Shoulder strap came unstiched and down went the bag. No other signs of wear. Contacted the seller, and a few brief exchanges I've got a new Ferrari to start next week. Excited then disappointed, picture doesn’t match.
I waited to purchase this bag. I have two friends that bought it last year and love theirs. I purchased it Monday night got it on Wednesday and was very excited. Then opened it up to fill it with all my medical supplies. As you can see from the ad picture and my picture, there are mess pockets missing that would keep things organized. I’m a little OCD and like organization. That is why I was so excited about this bag. Now, I’m not sure what to do.

Needs bigger zip pocket sharps container fits tight and sometimes I have difficulty zipping it
