Perfect Little Step Stool
Before purchasing this step stool, I already owned four other steps tools. All were sturdy, one was easy to fold, and none were lightweight. This 2-step mini stool is perfect. Being short, I needed a lightweight but sturdy step stool in the kitchen to access the uppermost shelves. I also needed a step stool that folded very flat, was small enough to fit out of sight under the kitchen island, and be easy to fold. This one is perfect. Please note that step stool does not have a handle to hold on to when stepping on it and the maximum weight it can handle is 225 lb. I would purchase this again.

Good step stool but it slips around
I like the design of this stool and I bought it to replace another just like it that had lost a screw after several years of daily use. What I wasn’t crazy about is the hard plastic that they use as covers on the corners because they slip very easily on my hardwood flooring. I had to stick duct tape on each of the corners to keep this from happening... otherwise I’d be writing this review from the hospital with my broken hip. The manufacturer needs to fix this and put a non-skid surface on the legs.

A Hazardous Hunk of Junk
I’m very disappointed in the quality of this step-stool. As you can see in the photos, one of the feet has fallen off. This happened within the first uses. (We’ve searched everywhere for it and can’t find it. We’re going through a remodel, so I’m guessing a contractor may have swept it up.Additionally, the feet are NOT non-slip! We have plank flooring and this thing is a hazard. It slides around like crazy. The lower step is mounted to a bar that isn’t stable making the step move side to side. An older person with stability issues genuinely risks injury if not using this wobbly thing on carpet. It sat in the box unopened for over a month, so sadly I missed my window to return it, even though it’s obviously defective.

Sturdy, but hard to fold
The product is quite sturdy, but, not at all easy to fold. It is also slightly heavier than you would expect. It could work well for situations where you don’t need to constantly fold and unfold or move the product. It was poorly packaged when shipped to us. As a result, there were a couple of pieces of plastic that had broken off in the box when it arrived. We returned the product as a result.

Mechanically Solid, Easy to Open and Close
I tried other brands that are barely less expensive and requires a fighting spirit to open and close. Don't risk falling of a flimsy step stool. Don't mess around. Just buy Polder.

good step stool
We really like the way it folds up. It is sturdy. The part we like is the weakness. Once stoop on, the locking mechanism for it to fold is difficult to get to release. When it does, it folds nicely.

Lightweight but not very sturdy
Definitely light weight but not exceptionally sturdy. It slightly rocks while standing on it and the open close mechanism is a pain. Maybe I just haven’t gotten the hang of it yet tho

slim and easy to open
This is a perfect step stool for your closet. We use ours to reach top shelves and also use it to sit down and put our socks and shoes on.
