Crawford Products SS29 Handle Holder Hook, Grey, Pack of 2

I took them all down within 24 hours. I installed them in my workshop and used them to hang a couple shovels, rakes and other gardening hand tools. The next day I opened my shop to find all the tools on the ground. Virtually every tool I hung on these had simply fallen out of the hook. The radius of the hook is not substantial enough- it wraps around less than 50% of a standard hand tool handle and just does not grip like it should.

The hook should be longer, and then it would get around the items correctly. I can adapt them to work, but I can't understand why the made the actual hook so short.

Got what I paid for. If I was the designer, I would have made the hook extend a little further to the right so it has more gripping area for the item you are hanging. Does the job so far though. (2 weeks of use outside on porch with a broom.)

Works well on the the rubber handle on brooms but not so well on the base below.

As another reviewer said , it would work better if the end curved up a little. Doesn't work well for light handles. Stupid review limits, stupid review limits

4/22 update: picture appears to be more in line with what the product is.The picture shows just what I was looking for but this is not what I received. If the hook was in fact a full half circle, then it would be great. Unfortunately the bottom of the hook slopes downward, therefore preventing it from working properly.

I put these on my front and back porches. The wind frequently knocks over the brooms hanging in them. I wish I would've bought better ones.

I looked at every hardware and department store in my area for these type of hooks for my mop and broom an couldn't find them. These are the best hooks for keeping your brooms and mops up on the wall and off the floor.
