Lap top replacement battery
Although the battery worked initially it soon ran out of power and I was unable to charge it by plugging the laptop in as normal. The battery was returned the next day at great inconvenience. As the battery was a Lithium battery some courier companies would not carry it so I was forced to pay more than the £4 .70 that Amazon refunded to me. As the battery was delivered by Amazon's contracted courier it should have been very simple for them to collect it for return. This product failure cost me money and caused me to waste my time finding a courier that would accept it (UPS). As I did not want to risk the failure of another battery from them and the hassle of arranging a return I have looked elsewhere for a replacement.

Das Made in China Produkt war absolut defekt und unbrauchbar. Die Retoure verlief absolut korrekt, damit hatte ich nicht gerechnet bei unserer ersten Bestellung bei Amazon. Selbst die erheblich höheren Kosten für die Rücksendung nach GB wurden anstandslos, und ohne Rückfrage, übernommen. Chapeau, das war für uns absolut korrekt und hat uns von Amazon überzeugt. Danke

j'avais laissé la batterie dans la boite après de l'avoir essayer elle fonctionné et depuis j'ai refais un teste et elle ne fonctionne plus, es que vous pourriez me donné plus de détaille ou faire un geste commercial en la reprenant ou pas, merci d'avance pour votre réponse
