unisex-adult 2976 Boot

I originally purchased these in a mens 8 because in most other shoes Im a women's 9. I totally forget docs run about a size bigger. I returned them and got a mens 7 (women's 8)and they fit much better. Like all docs they need to be broken in but I am extremely happy with them. I was thinking of adding a shearling insole but might wait until i break them in a bit more. Super awesome boot. Love the color and style.

Second pair in about as many years. You can’t beat these in my opinion. I wear them all day, every day. They go from work, to the barn (enough of a heel to ride in and enough of a ledge to support the spurs), and then to the coffee shop and get compliments from everyone. They look cool and are super functional. They are pretty comfortable, as far as boots go. Minimal break-in period. Again, very cool looking boots! I oil them when I remember since I am in and out of all kinds of weather and muck. I like these better than my Ariat boots.

My daughter wanted a pair of these when we went shoe shopping and they didnt have the brown ones. Thank goodness we checked here. Let me say. This price is the best price. The store price was ridiculous. She says they're very comfortable. She has room in them because of not having half sizes. The best part is....they also fit me :) the leater quality is awesome too.

Love these boots. Good quality and comfortable. I actually ordered a size up because it was $50 cheaper. I don’t have regrets. I just wear really thick socks and didn’t have to deal with breaking them in as much as I heard you needed to with Docs. My sister ordered her true size and had to break them in but still loves them as much as I do. I got the crazy horse color which when I put the mink oil on did NOT remain colorfast. It scuffed pretty easy and the color isn’t very consistent anymore. I personally think that is fine because the boots look good a little worn. My sister ordered the black and it remained perfectly colorfast with the mink oil. Overall very comfortable boots that I anticipate having for a very long time.

I usually wear a shoe size 40, but since Dr Martens only does 39 or 41, I was stuck for a couple days trying to decide the perfect fit. I ended up choosing to "downsize" as they suggested, even though the right shoe felt a little tight (wide feet). It literally only took one full day of wear to break in. At the end of the day my right foot was feeling pretty brutal, but I wore them again the next day and ever since they have been perfect. They are super comfortable and do provide that "bounce" with each step.

The sizing on this shoe is very confusing.....I followed the directions but still received a boot that is too big. directions for this boot are different on other websites. Now returning the boot but my size is no longer available due to the holidays I presume.

I WANTED TO KEEP THESE!!! But couldn’t. I bought a 7 thinking it would fit like a glove. Listen to all the reviewers that say they run big. Unfortunately, when I purchased these, they did not have a smaller size... SO I went with a 7 which is my size. To big. I literally needed to buy a 6 and it would have been perfect. AWESOME boot and wanted to keep them but just couldn’t make it work. They still don’t have a 6 men’s so I’m out of luck. Great buy though and buy small and your good!

This shoe is a unisex shoe and goes by men's sizing because of that. I am a woman and I wear an 8.5 in women's so I opted to order the 7-7.5 men's size and I am glad I did. They fit perfectly fine and just the perfect amount of toe wiggle room this dancer loves.

Encantada, así me he quedado de momento, con estos botines.....Tenía que comprarme unos para este invierno, pero no pensé que con el presupuesto que tenía pudiera acceder a estos martens. Había leído en otros comentarios que tallaban muy grandes y que se pidiese un número inferior al que se usa. Yo he pedido el mío, un 39, porque entre otras cosas este calzado es para el invierno y siempre llevo calcetín grueso, también uso plantillas (muy finas) por confort, así que a mi me van perfectas, me sobrará como medio centímetro (no llega) para que me toquen los dedos delante. El color es marrón, no envejecido como se aprecia en la fotografía, es decir no tiene esa especie de rayas y muescas.....es marrón liso, ya se irá personalizando con el tiempo. En cuanto a la sensación de pisada es muy cómoda, el ancho perfecto, el empeine me opone algo de resistencia pero ya sé que esto es hasta que las amoldas. En cuanto a la entrada y salida del pie es bastante cómoda por la presilla que lleva para ayudarte, la salida cuesta más, la parte superior del tobillo no queda aprisionada, tiene holgura. Bueno todo esto sólo de probármela , me ha llegado hoy y aquí en Valencia todavía tardaré en ponerme calzado de invierno, De momento increiblemente encantada con el producto, con el precio y como siempre con el servicio de Amazón. E' il mio primo paio di Dr. Martens e sono entusiasta dell'acquisto! Vesto casual e amo le scarpe comode, perciò non potevo trovare di meglio, sono bellissime! Porto un 39 e ho comprato questo numero: unico avvertimento la calzata è piuttosto larga perciò per chi ha un piede magro come il mio servono calze pesanti o meglio ancora una soletta in feltro, che comunque in questa stagione non guasta!

Great boots from a great seller

Mein Mann hat mich auf Dr. Martens gebracht, als wir uns zu Beginn der 90er kennengelernt hatten. Erst waren es immer 8 Loch aber jetzt sind wir in dem Alter wo das überhaupt nicht mehr passt. Vor einigen Jahren hatte mein Mann dieses Modell in einem Schaufenster entdeckt. Und was soll ich sagen, ich war sofort in diese Boots verliebt. Der elastische Bund ist zu Anfang wirklich ganz schön eng, aber mit der Zeit gibt sich das. Sie sitzen in meiner Größe perfekt, sind bequem und sehen toll aus. Ich habe bisher immer gute Erfahrungen mit Docs gemacht. Die sind nicht nur einfach verklebt sondern auch zusätzlich genäht. Die Gummisohle ist Goodyear. Verspricht ein langes Miteinander! Meine ersten haben 10 Jahre gehalten ich glaube die Gauchos können auch so lange halten. Das Leder ist wie beschrieben :vollnarbig geschliffen mit glatter, geölter Oberfläche in Used-Optik. Die sind wie ich sie kenne, Top Qualität und das wichtigste, ich habe ein paar zugeschickt bekommen die wirklich Neu waren. Da war kein Knick im Leder oder was sonst noch für Anzeichen gibt die darauf schließen lassen. Ach ja, sie sind für so ziemlich jeden Anlass tragbar. Der Versand ging relativ flott. Dankeschön

They are super comfy and easy to wear. I like that they don't have a front tab, it doesn't interfere with my pant legs. The colour is perfect, a nice dark brown which looks great a little scuffed up. My daughter and I both bought the same boots and the same time, and we're both very happy with them.
