An Addi Needle Convert
I discovered the addi brand while looking for "flex needles" to make sock knitting a little easier than using straight DPNs. The flex needles were game changers!! Now I've decided to use the magic loop method so I can knit several socks at a time and addi did not disappoint! The construction is solid, the cord does not stay super coiled like the cheap cords do, the needles are the perfect weight and length, and this particular 40 inch cord is long enough to allow knitting of several pairs of socks at once. I will definitely be purchasing more addi knitting needles!!

Addi, the kinder needles
Addis are my favorite knitting needles. I don't know how it's done but they really are kinder to work with. This fixed circular is perfect for a sweater I'm making. I'm in love with the Addi Turbo sock needles I've been using, so this was a great addition to my kit. And I got a deal on it!

Addi makes my knitting quicker
I have several other Addi needles but didn't have a circular needle large enough to knit a blanket. So far, this performs like my other Addis - which is a blessing because the stitches slip easily and it speeds up my knitting. I am a snail.

I have several of these needles in different sizes. They work great for knitting in the round or making socks. They work great for any kind of knitting!

Not suitable for heavy projects.
I am making a large (queen size) afghan and the cable broke at the connection to the needle about 1/3 complete.

Worth the Money
I know Addi Turbo Circular needles are more expensive than other brands, but if you love to knit in the round as I do, they are worth every penny. I have bought less expensive needles at Hobby Lobby or Michael's and been very frustrated by the cables that never relax. When you are trying to join a piece of work and the cables keep twisting on you, you soon realize that the tools you use make for easier and faster work, with fewer errors.Addi's cables are relaxed so you don't have that cable memory that keeps curling the cables. The needles are joined smoothly to the cables, so you don't get snags. They are well worth the money.

Great well-made product
The 40" length of cable allows me spread out my work in progress, to check for mistakes, etc. If I desire to use the needles to knit circular, such as house socks, I can do that, too, using the "magic loop" method---so the longer length proves to be extremely versatile.
