I love my 37" Inboard, but I can't really shred much with it. I was hoping, by its specs, that the Meepo would give me that longboard range and stability PLUS shreddability--and it looks as if this board does. I'm on level 4 on the Inboard, but I plan on staying on level 2 for a bit with the Campus, as it is one mighty shredder, and I don't want to get ahead of myself here. (It has 4 levels; 2 is pretty zippy.)I love the short boards; I've been through 4 of them(!) (PS: Never buy from Maxfind). The Campus 2 is the most smooth, stable and carveable I've ever had, with the best remote (fine acceleration and braking).This is my first day out, and it was a short one, as I was missing the remote's USB charging cable (Meepo did send a raft of great add-ons--including a wall-hanger for the board, a colorful skate tool and even a stick-on reflector(!)) So I cant talk to its speed and range in practice. I'm told the cable was next to the reflector; perhaps in my excitement I flipped it someplace. But it's a cheap, common cable, of which I have plenty at home.In sum, except for water-resistance (none), the Campus 2 seems to have everything.First impression? This is one GREAT board!UPDATE Oct 16: 2 months in, it's just great, still. I'm 175lbs, and haven't fully tested the range yet, but I've gone 8 miles easily, with no diminution in power. I was afraid for the soft covering, but it's less damaged than my Inboard's rough grip tape.

My board just came in the mail today and here are my first impressions: The packaging is good, and the included tools are a nice touch. I used the skate key to tighten my trucks a little to fit my tastes. The build quality of the board seems really nice. It does not feel like a cheap toy. It charges really fast (2 hours for the board, and 10 minutes for the remote). I would like to see the manufacturer include the usb to micro usb cable needed to charge the remote, so it would be 100% plug and play out of the box, but it's not a huge deal. I think many people have one lying around somewhere. The board glides smoothly and coasts well even after you let off the throttle. The wheels glide smoothly enough that you can ride it like a regular skateboard without much resistance. This would be good if you ever ran out of battery, or were hesitant to use power around some obstacles. The motor is smooth and powerful. At 145lbs this thing gets moving, and I didnt even crank it all the way up. It handles pebbles and cracks in sidewalks no problem with its larger and somewhat pliable wheels for a comfortable ride. Carving and maneuvering is smooth and fun on this board. I wish the tail were about 2 inches longer for better control, but it's no big deal. Also a side cut out type handle would be cool to pick it up and carry it easily. The choice of grip tape is interesting and cool. It's a rubberized material that doesnt damage your clothes or car. However it doesnt seem very durable and i've already managed to gouge a tiny piece off somehow. I hope the manufacturer plans to make replacements available. Braking is going to take me a little more time to get used to. The brake is sensitive and if you're not careful, you can stop rather abruptly. That being said, it also means they work rather well. I have some skateboarding experience (years ago) and I think there will be a period of getting used to riding it for most. It's still a skateboard, with the same learning curve that comes with learning to ride one. That being said, it is a blast to ride, and now sits in the cargo area of my prius ready for some fun cruising or short convenient transpo. I'll update this review after putting a few more miles on it. So far, so good!***Edit*** As another owner pointed out, I found the USB cable in the package with the light. The manufacturer DID think of everything it turns out.***

***Edit - I have put ~125 miles on the board and its still running great, the owner, Kieran, from Meepo emailed me about my charger and sent me a replacement charger that works and with that I feel the customer service has exceeded my expectations. This is the singularly best budget skateboard on Amazon. My friend bought the Acton Blink S in July 2018 and the board no longer charges nor runs by late august and is charging him to send the board back and restock it to get a replacement. Meepo's skateboard has been much more reliable battery wise as they use Sanyo cells which outlive the traditional Samsung and LG cells.Perfect ride, magisterial command of the campus walkways. The acceleration curve and braking curve are way better than the acton blink in my opinion its a gradual speed up to top speed and slow down. I couldnt be happier with the ride quality and board quality. The only issue I have is my board is unable to charge. I have put in a customer service request and Meepo are known for their great customer service so I will update this review once I have this issue resolved, for now 3 stars as I only got one ride out of it.

I have wanted an electric skateboard for years but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I compared the many options on amazon, and the reviews for this one were few but all 5s and appeared legit. Cheaper options did not offer adequate speed or range, so I took my chances. So far, I am very pleased with this board. Note: the USB cable for recharging the remote is in the packaging with the LED tail light. Additionally, the user manual that came with both boards (I bought one for a friend who also loves it) is not for this model, so more information would be helpful.
