this right here is the shiznit! I started taking this after watching Dr. Cass Ingram on youtube. A friend of mine turned me on to him and after watching several videos I figured I had nothing to loose. I am noticing a big difference in many areas between taking this and wild oregano oil. I have several bad medical conditions (Cancer, Asthma, COPD diabetes, heart conditions and stomach ulcers to name a few) this has been a BIG 1,2 Punch and I feel better throughout the days, not as lethargic as I normally am and able to get through my days without the need to take naps. the taste is something that grows on you, but it's not horrible. I gave a 3 for pain relief because between this and the wild oregano oil I have noticed an improvement in my mobility and less joint pains which I am sure is contributed to both of these wonderful extracts. my blood glucose levels are actually getting bck to where they need to be, my lungs don't bother me or get tight feeling nearly as much as they were and I just feel better overall. I would recommend this to anyone and I am actually getting more of these for my uncle who has been in the hospital 5 times this year already due to diabetes and blood gas levels to see if it helps him as well.I would give this a 10/10 over all, but the taste is another story lol

Very happy that I ordered this. The taste & smell is strong as it should be for a quality black seed oil but it is also very good. I could see positive effects topically almost immediately. I am expecting more positive results from the teaspoon I am taking every day for health & an immunity boost.

I noticed this oil flavor was not as hard to swallow. It was more lighter and not too thick. I liked it and it is good for the price. I also noticed that it helped me with my sinus headache the other day. One teaspoon in the morning and one at night it was gone.

There were no dislikes. I've only taken this black seed product for 4 days now so I have no comment about if it is effective or not but I will say that the oil is dark and rich in color which leads me to believe that the quality is good and the taste is not super strong like the last product I used. The last black seed oil I used was more of a light amber color and taste a lot like motor oil.

Once you start a habit of taking it you can tell a difference.

Pretty good. Not the strongest flavor and hard to tell but dont think its as strong medicinally as more expensive brands but I I think it's still pretty effective and I'd order again. Was thinking it would be better to use cheaper black seed oil for topical uses. I miss it with olive oil to use as an aftershave! And any minor cuts scrapes burns, etc.
