This is the top premium wallet/folio case for the Galaxy Note 8. I have tried many and all were lacking one or two features. Not this one. It is made of premium leather with a very durable inner tray to hold the Note 8. The rubber tray has extra material on the edges for superior drop protection. It also has molded raised buttons for easy button operation. The case also doesn’t have any magnets to interfere with the S-Pen’s operation. Magnets near the Note 8 will cause a dead spot on the screen when using the S-Pen. The cover has a speaker hole so you may talk on the phone with the case closed. Finally, the case props/folds open for easy movie watching. So far this is the best (quality leather) case I have found for the Note 8.

I wanted to love this case but couldn't and will be returning.Pros: As far as the construction it is top notch. It is made from real leather, nice stitching, feels nice in hand. The best thing is this is the only leather folio type case that has a very protective phone holder. It has raise rubber bumpers at all 4 corners that will protect it in a drop. Cover protects screen.Cons: 1) The main reason I am returning the case is that I'm having problems with it charging on Samsung Fast Charging pads. When you place it on the pad it often, but not always indicates it is charging but then it stops, or if you breath on it the wrong way or touch it it will stop charging. I have three wireless charging bases and they all do the same. The Spigen Tough Armor case I also have doesn't interfere with wireless charging. I will go back to that case as I have used that style for years on all my phones. I was just switching for better screen protection since the curved screen makes it difficult to have a glass screen saver. 2) I can't get the finger print scanner to work with the case on. It is recessed too far and my small fingers can't fully cover the sensor. 3) While I can get the pen out with the case on, I do have to use my finger nail to catch it and pull it out.
