If your shoes are particularly tight, take the insole warmers out of your shoes and put them together in your jacket pocket to reactivate then. - Ingredients: iron powder, water, cooking salt, activated carbon, vermiculite. Excellent foot warmers
An excellent insole for use on our northern lights trip. Fitted in boots and shoes and would recommend then to anyone going on a snow adventure.
