Good product poor delivery service
The oil was already dripping through the box as you can see from the pictures, box was not in good shape either

I know there's a lot of bad reviews concerning the condition of the product upon arrival, and I'm sure that's valid. I guess I got lucky because my neutralizer was delivered in excellent condition and works perfectly. It has a nice pleasant scent and definitely neutralizes the odor of my stealth grow, which is important considering I live in an apartment building! I found the company in Europe which sells the replacement cartridges, so I guess I'm keeping this. It's a great buy for the price but I read its original price was $125. I definitely would NOT have paid that for this, but it does what it says it does, and that's what matters most to me.

Do not get scammed like I did. All this is is a cheaply made, over priced, "essential oils" dispenser. If having your room smell like cheap mens perfume is your goal than buy it. Otherwise stay away.

I bought two of this and both stopped working after about four months. New replacement cartridges don’t work so the problem is the main product. The seller didn’t answer on emails so I have no two neutralizer don’t work. At the beginning, the product was great and I was very happy but working for so a short time is not the money worth.
