Much more than a sequence of moves
This has been in the house for about two months and has become a regular ritual for every member. I do wish there were a few more presets to play with. The big surprise for me was this this is not just doing a sequence of moves.In manual mode there are 4 primary moves and two variations for each. The presents are not just a combination of these moves. It's like they tried to model the real moves of a masseuse. The chair is strong and solid.It's getting a lot of use. I hope it can hold up for the long run.

Very happy, great anniversary present for my hard working wife!
So far so good. Arrived on time and intact by freight carrier Saia. No real setup, just unpack and plug in. Massage quality is good but there are limited presets (6). Remote is on a coiled cord, requiring a bit of effort to get out of it's hidden pocket to make adjustments. Great feature works well. Looks very modern. Read the height and weight parameters before purchasing, I'm 5'10 170lbs and i fit comfortably, but much taller or wider and you simply won't fit. Only negative is the hip air pads barely touch my hips when inflated. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, and was able to get out for half the price the manufacturer was selling it for on their webpage. I did contact the manufacturer and purchased the extended warranty direct from them.

Only big enough for Very small people
This chair is made for small people or MidgetsThe seat is only 17" wide Not Big enough for a ManGreat features, just was not able to get into it to enjoy them

Nice chair
Arrived a little early. Setting it up was a breeze. The first few days my back and shoulder were a little sore from the use but both have improved with daily usage. The Compressed Air squeezes a bit hard on the arms and is at 3/5 strength setting. Lowering the setting did not seem to improve this.I'm not sure what the shoulder squeeze is supposed to do as it only pressing lightly on your shoulders compared to the overpowered arm compression. I would have given you a 5 and not four stars for that reason.Great CHair thank you.

Great product! Arrived within 1 week.This chair is good fit for all in my family. Average Size people. Weight 250lbs. Great hip massager, and the best foot massage I’ve ever had. Durable and moves on its own wheels.

Very relaxed & excellent massage chair!
I like the 6 auto-programs, 4D massage, switchable footrest and zero gravity position. I enjoy the chair every day very much! There is adjustable shoulder width, but the compressed air needs to be squeezed more tightly and nearer. The foot ottoman should be returned to the original place after use in order not to have '00' on the LCD. I'm glad that I chose the best quality chair!

Great Product
Delivery took about 1.5 months but the product is Awesome. works well for both short and tall folks. Good 6-10 options for massages, 4D is the newest Technology. Worth the amount spent.Loving it :D

Fantastic piece of equipment!
I've always seen massage chairs as a waste because they didn't have enough functionality. This one has changed my mind. Had the massage chair for roughly 3 weeks now and my wife and I are in it at least 30 minutes each a day. Not a day has passed that we haven't used it! #greatInvestmentDelivery notes: it was all in one piece, came on a pallet. Make sure you have 36in doors to get it into the space you want.
