Professional Quality for Home Doodle Grooming
Doodle owners are no doubt finding their wonderful pets are very high maintenance, as we quicky discovered. The thick and tightly curled coat of our golden doddle seems to matt instantly, despite our best efforts to comb it daily. Grooming fees every six-eight weeks started to chip away at our budget. I don't begrudge the grooming fees, because it's a lot of work, but since we are retired, I need to stretch the money for other things. This isn't for everyone to tackle, but we decided to try clipping our doodle ourselves. This clipper performed flawlessy with the first use. It's solidly made, quiet, and easy to use as a cordless. There was plenty of charge to finish the trim. It will quickly pay for itself, albeit we have to be willing to put in the effort.

Great clippers :)
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great product. I work at a grooming salon and I’ve done full cocker spaniel cuts with these. Also great for paw pads. They don’t heat up too fast and are very precise. Little to no clipper lines and the light weight/slim design makes it easy to handle. Does die after a 8 hr day at work but it charges fast.

The last clipper you'll need. Just buy it.
Sharp, quiet, perfect size. I buzzed my husband with the #2 guard first. Better than my corded Wahl clipper. Better than two cordless (cheap) clippers. WELL worth the money. Especially love that replacement blades are available. Really appreciate the case that comes with it. All around five stars.

Not necessary to worry!!
I was a little nervous grooming my Shih Tzu for the first but I worried for nothing! This is a wonderful product that I would highly recommend. It is nice and quiet, handles well, holds the battery for more than enough time for the entire grooming. I was afraid I'd skin her but the blade protectors won't let that happen. It's a very substantial tool that I am told will last many years if you keep it clean and oiled. The money I save in three grooming fees will pay for itself.

Lightweight, quiet, and easy to use.
Lightweight, quiet, easy to use, and works well, we were able to groom our 14 lb dog on 1 charge. The blade got a little warm, but not hot to the touch. The plastic comb attachments are ok and they stayed attached for the duration. Overtime though, the warm clipper blades will warp the plastic, so the comb attachments should be stainless steel.

Great trimmer
Works great for our three dogs. Recommended by a groomer. Well worth the cost. Paid for itself after one use.

Conflicted.
I want to start off by saying I'm not a professional groomer. I'm just a dog mom trying to get by without a groomer due to closings because of COVID-19. I previously bought a $30 dog clipper set a few years ago and they were great in that they were lightweight, quiet, and smaller which made it easy to get into smaller spaces. What I didn't like was that they would get clogged with every stroke leaving me to freehand the cuts which turned out awful.Fast forward to the present, I bought these clippers because they have great reviews and were recommended by my dog's groomer. I figured it would be the best bet to get the same clippers her groomer uses to it would be less of a shock to my dog.I assume most pet parents are in the same position I am, trying to scramble to find the best clippers, because these were the only ones left of this model across the internet that I could find. I was wary to buy due to some reviewers stating that the products they received were used. Since I was desperate, I decided to take the chance and buy them knowing there was a possibility that I could be receiving a used or defective product.Sure enough, the product I received was in fact used. There was another animal's hair in the blades and there was no cleaning brush or blade oil included in the box.Is this a deal-breaker? I'm still not sure. It's disingenuous of a company to promote a product as new, with the price tag of a new product, then distribute used products with missing pieces.I have tried to find a way to contact the seller directly but have not found a way to do so, so I'm hoping this review will catch their attention so they can right their wrongs. In terms of the cutter itself, here are my pros and cons.Pros:- held charge through the entire grooming- easy to use- can be used plugged or unplugged- comes with a variety of guide combs (more on these in cons)- cut my dogs hair very effectively (I have a cockapoo/shih tzu mix)- metal plate/blades don't get hotCons:- vibration much stronger than the $30 clippers I have- much louder than expected- guide combs aren't great. They're fine just to get started but Wahl sells professional combs separately that are much better- would occasionally get clogged (but were easy/quick to unclog)4/18/20 Overall, I'm happy with the performance of these clippers and I'm glad I have them. It's just disappointing to purchase a product that's advertised as new and to pay for the price of a new product that turns out to be used with missing components. I will update my review if anything changes (i.e. change in performance of the clippers or if the seller reaches out and makes things right).Hope you found this helpful!

The best trimmer, my wife and our dog are happy!
My wife was struggling with a cheap trimmer she bought, so I decided to buy one made by Wahl, since I myself use Wahl for my beard, for more than a decade. There was a problem with the first one, small round charging socket was not adequate and caused problems. As soon as I left a review, the company representative contacted me, asked for an address, and shipped a replacement. No more problems after that.I thoroughly went through reviews and found negative reviews, in my opinion they were all the result of absence of proper cleaning and lubrication. "It is a return since other dog's hair on it" means it is a brand new trimmer checked by QA, and may contain some artificial fur remains. They check all and every trimmer before accepting it.Today for the first time our Lizzie allowed to trim her hair, and looks like she felt a pleasure!I will return back to this review if encounter any problems.
