Just what we needed

Works with my older model WH-900N
Have an older set for our home gym, takes away the whirring sound on the treadmill with noise canceling, and I got it cheap. Lost the audio cable, which is nice to have, just in case the power runs out on the batteries (this cable won't charge it, but you can still listen to audio). The 900 model can't play audio while charging, so an audio cable is good to have as a back up. Works great!

Calbe did not fit my WH-1000XM4 headphones
Works fine as a standard 3.5mm but does not fit my Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones which have a narrow/slim fitting, it cannot seat deep enough and does not connect at all. Had to find a genuine Sony cable on Ebay.

Great cable!
Got this for a pair of Sony MDR-XB950BT headphones I got at a pawn shop (so just the headphones) and I was tired of the bluetooth delay when playing on my computer, so I went and got this cable. I can definitely say, this is a pretty quality cable. It fits perfectly in my headphones and the housing for the connectors feel like metal. The cable itself has these vertical grooves so it's pretty flexible, secure, and honestly nice feeling lol.

Good cable
Good quality for the price. It does what it’s supposed to do, no issues with the sound quality. The cable is a bit thicker and sturdier than others. Also, it’s the perfect length.

Low Quality Sound
I have never found a generic cable on Amazon that comes close to the sound quality of OEM Sony Cables. This is no exception.You lose about 1/2 of clarity which defeats the purpose of buying MX4 and MX5 headphones in the first place. The cable is also twice as thick as the original.Search for Sony 1-003-494-31 off Amazon if you want cables that preserve the original sound of your headphones. Yes it is a crime that they run about $55 shipped.
