Great chair for the price!
Nice chair so far! I haven't gamed in it yet because I don't have my PC at the moment but I have sat in it. I had my sis sit in it too to try out the lift handle. It worked fine. I can't give it 5 stars only because the instructions didn't include words. Although the pics were pretty direct, for some reason I didn't know the wheels were supposed to click. There were also other little things that could've been specified in words in order to help me build this faster. I would've been ok with just one liners such as "make sure the top part of the wheels click". It took a little longer than i thought it would but then again, I'm not good with my hands and I'm a very impatient person. I do like that it came with extra parts because I believe they shorted me a washer that is supposed to go on one of the screws. If it wasn't for the extra piece, I would've been out of luck. I also like that they give you the tool to screw in the screws with. For 50 bucks, it's definitely worth it. It was also packaged very well and it was delivered fairly quickly for the 5 dollar shipping price! I went with this brand because of the reviews and also because it was more rare and seemed like the underdog of all gaming chairs. So I figured it'd be better quality. It was also the cheapest gaming chair like it for the price. It does do a 360 spin as well and the cushion doesn't feel that bad so far. The arm rests are pretty nice too and the head rest can go up and down at an angle which surprised me. I'm 5'7" and about 170 pounds and it seats me pretty well. It has plenty of waist room for a person my size. It fits perfect with my orgami desk and it doesn't sit low at all. To lean back in it, all you have to do is, well, lean back. Once the pressure isn't there, the back of the chair will go back to its normal upward position. I'm not sure if it'll lock into place yet but either way, it's still pretty awesome for what you're getting. If you're on the fence about getting one, I'd say go for it. I might buy another one just to see how fast I can build it now that I know what goes where. I could also use another one for my brother for 2 player gaming. I must add that this is the only color available. If you like the colors white and black complimenting each other, this will look good to you. The wheels glide pretty well but then again, I don't have carpet in my house and not enough space in my room. If you have thick carpet, I'd recommend just skipping the wheels and just let it sit stationary. All the wheels will do is give you a little more height. I assume it'll be harder to glide on a floor with deep carpet. I imagine it'll still hold up without the wheels but if you weigh a little more than me, I'd go ahead and put the wheels on so that the chair gives you that extra support needed. I'm not sure how long this chair will hold up but I'll try to come back and update my review if I run into any trouble. Thanks for reading my review and wish me luck guys!

Very Satisfied, So Far
Delivery was a day sooner than the earliest date they mentioned. Assembly was far easier than all other chairs I have owned in the past, though all the steps were essentially the same. Tolerances look to be very tight, rather than off on other chairs, meaning screws went in at the right angles, and did not feel like they were cross-threading. It's very comfortable so far, though I have only been sitting in it for the last hour. The real test will be Sunday and Monday, as I will be sitting for quite a while (day off). The price was the key factor in my decision to purchase, but based on what I have seen and felt so far, I would purchase again and recommend, so long as it stays solid.I do have a back problem, in my L4/L5, and this chair is very comfortable upright. Reclined, I can feel strain and pressure on my back. I never planned on reclining much if at all anyways. If you do, you WILL need a foot rest for long periods.

Excellent for the price
I bought from Amazon seller who was offering the chair for $49.99 + shipping of $16.99. No longer available at that price unfortunately. This is a light weight gaming chair with a webbed backrest rather than foam, cooler in the summer. Most of the construction is plastic moldings and the padding on the seating area is thinner than on many other gaming chairs. The support arms the casters mount on seem to be chromed steel combined with some plastic. A magnet sticks to the arms. The back is continuously adjustable from vertical to about 40 degrees above horizontal. Overall quite nice for the price I got it for. It does not include a lumbar pillow. Seat height adjustment range is 4". With stock casters it adjusts from about 17 to 21" high. As a long torso 5' 10" tall and 190 pounds weight I found the head rest barely adequate in height.

You pay what you get for, but their customer service is superb
Final Update: the company has been trying to make things right for the chair. They are very kind and generous. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Their leather chair is way more comfortable, if you had to splash a few more bucks I would definitely jump on the opportunity. It is a little bit harder to construct but it’s by far superior. Comes with a back cushion and a head cushion.Update: they’ve been seeking ways to helpImprove my situation, I await for what they can do. I do appreciate their work on following up though.Pros, nice design, comfy for first 15 minutes, and super easy to build.Cons, the butt cushion is close to non existent after 15 minutes, I had to get a seat cushion just so I could play games for a really long time. Also the chair feels narrow like on my arms, not much space to sit with your feet criss crossed.Overall you pay for what you get, if you have no other option and have to get this chair I would recommend getting a seat cushion cause after 3 days of +2 hours of gaming it hurt my butt a lot.

Great chair, but may require some work.
Let me start by saying that this chair is great. It's comfortable, sturdy, and was very easy to assemble, with clear and concise instructions. The shipping was incredible too. Shipping was $4.99 and it was not a prime item, but I got it in two days anyway. The only thing I have to note is that there is a plastic cover plate that has tabs to snap into the back of the chair and cover all the bolts. If you look at the back of the chair there are channels that this cover sits in when snapped in place. There was some excess plastic on the plate itself that would not allow it to lock in completely. This was easily fixed by taking a utility knife and shaving down the plastic slightly on the cover plate. Only took 5 minutes, and then it fit right in. I don't think it's a quality control issue, as they would have had to fully assemble the chair to find this issue, so I don't really blame the seller. Just be aware that you may need to do some slight modification. Overall I recommend this chair to anyone, on a budget or not.
