Very good quality... Great finish and colour .... Only one tiny problem the main zips are smooth in one direction and slightly jerky in the opposite direction .... Overall very satisfied cant wait to show it off :)

Cross pens missing in both the bags. 1 star less for the pens. Either deliver the pens or don't commit. After all these bags are quite expensive.

Is it really CROSS ???
I checked the Official Cross Website and it has NO "Bags/Luggage" section. Moreover when you run a search either on google or their official website on Leather Bags, Messenger Bags, Laptop Bags ... there are no search results. So it makes me doubt if its a Genuine Cross Product, something that the company doesn't list at first place.
