Being aware of this and that my biases will not always translate to someone else's truth, I'll attempt to be comprehensive enough.With Stevia you can always expect some form of bitterness at some point. That said, high "Reb. A" stevia is recognized as being the least bitter, most pleasant form of Stevia for sweetness. I fully trust this is high "Reb. A" Stevia. It is not bitter for the sweetness it provides. I've gone on the Stevia journey two or three dedicated times in my life, and stopped with each Stevia product I started with.This time, with this Stevia, I've found a product I can stick with. With this product, in my opinion, bitterness is only hit by having more sweetness that anyone should ever be looking for. Even then, if you're like, "I need more!" (which honestly I hit), the bitterness subtly, naturally scales up, should just make sense, and be the reason you force yourself to stop. For me, I never hit the "oh I regret the amount of Stevia I just tested/used" after-effect. If you find yourself unsatisfied with THIS product, consider the possibility that "you" could be the problem. I admit that I personally frequently dabble in being a problem, so I feel like I can relate. I also don't know if there's an even less bitter 100% Stevia product on the market. However, if this is the best it gets, at least "I'm" celebrating. God YES! (for those of us religiously-inclined individuals who feel it inappropriate to thank God for a purchased product, "Chill" and let it be. It's a solution, be thankful that it's there and that there are guides.The previous Stevias I've connected with have always had an abundance of bitterness for the sweetness I've been looking for. They were cheaper hacks that don't offer as refined a product, I am certain. And because of them, I haven't found "this" product for years. In the end, If the reviews and the cost appears high, assume the experience is genuine.Tips:1) The powder is very fine and easily airborne. I recommend preparing a Stevia dispenser for when you open the product.2) If not sure, buy the smaller packs first. If you do not like it, give it to any other Stevia fanatic. You'll probably at least be their hero for the day.This is high quality Stevia.

I've tried many different stevia brands and types. This by far is the best out there! It's potent and delicious without the bitterness of other brands. Been buying for years and am completely sold. It's a very fine powder and a little goes a long ways. A word of caution when opening the bag, open it gently. Otherwise the fine powder will get in the air and you'll be tasting sweetness in your nose and back of your mouth. 😀

I have tried many other Stevia power extract, because all of them not only have an after taste but they do not have the sweetening powder of a pure stevia extract. This Stevia Extract is exactly what I have been looking for, it does not have an aftertaste and its sweetener power is in agreement very powerfull, you need obly to use the tip of one teaspoon to sweeten a cup of coffee. Finally I have found the rigth sweetener and I will continue buying it.

Its the best pure stevia I've found. Excellent substitute for regular sugar, no aftertaste. Ideal for baking, beverages, etc.

This stuff is amazing. You need very, very little to make things sweet. I am very sensitive to a bitter aftertaste and so far, I have not experianced any. I even use this to cut the amount I put in Kool Aid and I have never found anything besides sugar that doesn't make Kool Aid taste awful. I am able to use only 1/3 cup of sugar and a little bit of this stevia and I can't tell the difference between doing this and using a full cup of sugar. Where has this stuff been all my life???

I bought this product a few years ago and it was very good. Origin was not China. I went back and read the product details for the last two orders and the origin was not listed. When the product arrived, there was a sticker naming it a Product of China. I have found stevia powder from China does not completely dissolve in liquid. I won't recommend this nor will I purchase it again.

Great taste, the best for a stevia. But sooooo expensive. I order it, but use other things to replace it. So, I'm still only spending what I have in the budget. Too bad too. I'd buy more, but....
