SENWOW Wooden Hair Brush with Wooden Bristles, Anti Static Detangling Cushioned

Excellent, large brush.Delivery disappointing. The parcel was not put through my letterbox (Flat 5 is on the first floor). Nor was it left out side the door to Flat 5, as requested if I am out, but left just inside the main entrance to the building on the ground floor where anybody in the block of flats could help themselves.

It does cause static when you brush with this. Can’t tell if the feel of the brush is actual wood or not. Comes from China

SENWOW Wooden Hair Brush with Wooden BristlesThe hair brush arrived nicely presented in a drawstring cloth bag, an ideal place to keep the brush stored when not in use. The brush itself is very well made out of a single piece of light coloured wood, it looks similar to maple? The brush head is quite wide so it covers a large area when brushing. The wooden body of the brush is shaped smoothly with no rough edges, in fact it's very comfortable to hold when brushing your hair. The wood has a honey coloured satin finish to it.The brush head insert is made from a fairly thick rubber pad with a single hole to allow air to enter and expel whilst brushing the hair keeping it comfortable against the scalp. The bristle teeth that are mounted into the pad are shaped out of wood so there should be no static build up which could cause itchiness to the scalp, the tips are rounded so they glide smoothly over the skin massaging the scalp as you brush. Having the bristle teeth being made from wood also helps keep the brush clean from hair and loose skin as there is no static electricity build up to draw it into the brush.In use the brush sits nicely in the hand, it's very comfortable to the scalp as you brush as the small rounded tips to the teeth gently massage your scalp without scratching the skin. It helps gently remove loose skin and hair without feeling rough or uncomfortable. Really happy with this hairbrush and so glad I purchased. The wooden handle is smooth and comfortable to hold. It's surprisingly lightweight too which makes brushing easier. I love the fact that the bristles are made of wood, something I have'nt experienced before with a hairbrush, but it makes brushing tangled hair a lot more gentle as the rounded wooden ends don't pull and rip my hair, but glide through a lot easier. The hairbrush comes in a nice little cloth bag too which is great for carrying round the brush in my handbag and means stray hairs don't get left everywhere. Very happy.

I took it mostly because has a hole to hang on wall but this one came without. Anyway I decided to keep it because I found it nice to massage my hair and it does the job.

Whilst this is a nice looking and feeling hair brush that cones with it's own little bag for storage. The reason I bought this was to help prevent static hair. Unfortunately this does not help at all and the gair is still static when brushed with this. So I am disappointed. But if you just want a nice hair brush then buy it.

It is well made but I feel it is far too big for average head size Only small part of it get contact with hair when brush due to size and shape, I got biggish head already but it is still big. Would really hope it is much smaller.

This brush is a neat and conveniently-sized item which is indeed effective in untangling hair. the wooden "bristles" are as if spring-loaded and gentle to use. I recommend it to anyone who takes a pride in the appearance of his or her hair, and who will find a purchase good value for money.
