Perfect for larger water bottles.
We use these straws for our 12” Thermos flask water/drink bottles. These larger water bottles are a blessing in Arizona where we live as it gets very hot and you need to stay hydrated. All the other straws we tried were too short or not big or strong enough. These straws are 1/4 “ diameter and 15” long. They’re flexible but sturdy and easy to wash and sanitize.Won’t leave home without them 😆

No more earwigs. Lol!
I bought these because.......I hope you are sitting.....I went to drink my tea a couple of weeks ago, in the dark, in the middle of the night and.........I sucked in an EARWIG that was hiding in my straw!!!!! 😱 A friend recommended that I get a straw with a CAP to avoid another gross and traumatic event. These are SO great!!!! My kids look hilarious drinking out of them at the dinner table........!!!! One of my kids figured out that while you are drinking from the straw, if you put the cap in your nose, it looks like a nose-hat. :). I used a pair of scissors to cut my personal straw down to the size I was looking for! Whallah! I forgot to use the cap-feature last night but..........because these are very clear, I was able to easily see through the straw to make sure nothing was hiding in it!Love these straws!!!!!!!

Does the job.
Not sure why I never knew straws this length existed but I’m glad they do. This is the straws next to my 64oz bottle. (1.9L) and they obviously are even taller than the bottle but nothing a simple cut down can’t fix. I almost went with the 11in straws but was afraid it wouldn’t reach with enough room to also tuck in the straw when I want to close the main bottle cap. Didn’t want it to end up stuck in the bottle where I have to open it and poke around to take it out. If you have a super thick smoothie it might be hard to suck out, had to wait until it softened up some. Other than that there were no suction issues with any other liquids/texture.

Straw hole to big
Takes more suction to get drink into your mouth. No need for it to be that big. Are well made and very long. Do recommend. They did what I wanted them to do. I fill a 16.9 oz Pepsi bottle half full of water-put it is freezer on a 45 degree angle to freeze it. When go riding on my Honda trike finish filling it with water. Had drilled a hole in cap to put the straw into. Put it in cup-holder. Can get a drink in few seconds.
