Pacer - 1/4 oz. Zap-A-Gap CA+ Pt-04

The Zap a Gap medium glue is excellent. It even says that it works on oily surfaces. It is important to keep an eye on how fresh the glue is. With room temperatures in the 70s, it should be very liquid, like acetone, and it will be water clear. The key to make the bottle last as long as possible, is to clean and cap the bottle immediately, even before joining the surfaces to be glued. Having ruined a couple bottles by leaving them uncapped, i noticed that the color changes to a slight amber, the viscosity goes up, and the smell is not as strong. See the picture showing a fresh and a ruined bottle. The bottle tends to keep the opening clean, but in any case, wiping it with Acetone helps the case.

This is an awesome glue that will actually fill a small gap. It does not always dry clear though so one has to be careful how one uses it. A very small amount goes a long way and it WILL glue your fingers down. Still, its a product with many uses and is better than most things for those uses. I try to keep it on hand always.

Worked perfect to fix a broken resin collectible. It dried in less than a minute. Super strong.

If you have ever used superglue you know what all it can do. It can do lots more if the damn little tube wasn't always dried up. This stuff doesn't dry up and comes in thin, medium and thicker. Absolutely the best deal ever for us Glueaholics.

Very useful at the fly tying bench, as well as for repairs on my grandson's toys!
