Hi Lori! The La Roche-Posay Thermal Prebiotic Spring Water inside the Toleriane Fluid is used at a concentration higher than 50%. The water has been determined to have a prebiotic action on the skin to help balance out the skin microbiome. The Thermal Spring Water is in all of La Roche-Posay products. We hope this is helpful!
