These are very good
I'm a big fan of Anolon, and these baking sheets continue to deliver what most of their products offer — very good quality and ease of use. These do not hold up quite as well as their other products (e.g., hard anodized anything), but the quality for the price is hard to beat. They are not amazing; they are very good. They are above average. These will not last a lifetime, but they will get the job done and remain nonstick until you obliterate them from use.
