The media could not be loaded. There was a manufacturing defect. Two hangings by the side of the pendulum are to be hung from two inside hooks. One of these hooks was missing. Had to open the back cover in full and pasted a small hook with Feviquik to allow the hanging. Otherwise the clock is working perfectly as of now.

So cute wall clock with a lovely flying cuchoo bird over the middle top of the clock. This clock is giving hourly alarm with melodious chill watery music and cuchoo bird sounds. This clock needs 4 pencil battery. Happy to get this clock with reasonable price.😘

The alarm is not coming, cuckoo not working. Due to corona quarentine we checked the product today and highly disappointed. Would really appreciate if it can be replaced with a working clock.

Only “Cons” is, No batteries provided with the clock - One has to arrange / purchase batteries separately-Overall and apparently it is satisfactory purchase. However, it’s the 1st day of my purchase and need to monitor its performance
