I’ve ordered three of these now. I absolutely love them. They’re excellent quality and work great! I’ve yet to have any of them break when used correctly (my son manhandles one and I had to fix it. But overall these are simple, work well and are a lifesaver. They are meant to be used with the proper use of e-collars, that is not daily 24hrs of use, that’s just not healthy and not advised on any of the collars out there. If you don’t over tighten these collars they’re great to allow the electrodes contact with the skin while not restricting, nor hurting your dog in any way. I read some reviews about the bungee cord breaking and after having two of these for over a year it makes me wonder how tight people tried to make it that it got so worn and tore. I have bought these from this company three times now, for three different dogs. I will continue to buy this brand if I need this product in the future.

Good collar - easy to use and seems durable. I plan on using it for pager function (vibrate only) for long distance recall only. I just got it and haven’t worked with it yet, but I think it may be a good enough fit to use with ecollar function. The bungee seems durable and is easily adjusted to fit my dog. I have an 80lb lab with a thick neck and big head, not sure how much larger of a dog it would work with though.

We have 3 of these collars, all bought at different times within the last year and a half. The first one was the blue camo, it came with a sturdy bungee, fit the mini educator on it no problems. Got a second dog, ordered the grey camo. This one came with a flimsier bungee, but still fit the mini educator and worked appropriately. Easy to put on, easy to take off, easy to get the proper fitment of the e collar. Got another dog, ordered a yellow camo. This one also came with the flimsier bungee. I had been needing replacement bungee cord for the grey camo one, as the ends had been nibbled away and made shorter making the collar difficult to get on my Mals giant head, so I went to hobby lobby and picked up the bungee cord there to replace the flimsy cords. It was a pain in the neck to re-cord them, but got it done and they work. It’s a bit tough to move, as I think the clasp might be smaller in the flimsier corded collars, but the cord did fit and remains in place. I wish they hadn’t changed the diameter of the bungee cord. Overall a good collar, but better with sturdier bungees.

Works great. Easy to get on and off. Much better than the buckle collar my e-collar came with.

This review is specifically in reference to a hazard posed by this product, not the quality of the product itself. While this does make it incredibly easy to place your dogs e collar on and off it does pose a serious risk. My 11 mo. Old Malinois could have died because of this collar. He was playing in the yard, running up and down the fence line with our neighbors dogs. Somehow, one of the shock cord ends got hung up and managed to pull itself as tight as it could go. The locking mechanism worked perfectly and locked in place but due to this tension, I was unable to disengage it. I’m not a dainty man and I was incapable of disengaging the lock due to the tension. The collar became tight enough to completely close of my dogs airway, he was dying. It was so tight that I couldn’t fit the blade of my pocket knife between the collar and my dogs fur. My wife had to run in and get a pair of scissors. If you chose to use this collar, PLEASE don’t let your dog out of your sight, watch for this risk and be prepared to cut the collar off if necessary. Trust me, folks, I’m not trying to be a drama queen here, but we were literally three to five minutes away from finding our dog expired in our backyard.

We purchased this adjustable collar for our Amazon Mini Educator and it is great in terms of fit and ease of use. It’s sturdy, and the Mini Educator attaches easily. However, the elastic can’t be shortened without compromising the ability to loosen the collar, leaving slack that can catch in the woods and tighten around our dog’s neck. We use it with extreme caution and constantly check to ensure it hasn’t tightened. It works well but requires vigilant monitoring. Because of this we only use the collar in the yard and switch to the traditional buckle collar when in the woods.

The elastic bungee chord is far too light/stretchy to provide proper contact on the dogs neck. It stretches very easily and so you don't get enough contact to have consistent stim when used. This is the worst possible situation when using an e-collar....random contact. Random contact is confusing to the dog (and trainer) and produces poor results. Do not buy this collar. Additionally, my refund was approved but never provided. 1 month after the return package was confirmed as delivered I had to call Amazon customer service to get the money refunded. The collar that came with the ecollar was like a belt loop super annoying to get a good fit. This collar is easy on/off and good fit every time, easy peasy. Definitely recommend for ecollar users!
