I've bought three of these from one some seller or another; if they look the same they are. The first I bought probably more than a decade ago as a set with a thermometer. Worked amazing and for a long time. they were white faced. After the bike had sat for some years and I was doing some work on it to put is back on the road and I bought a new blackface set just for a refresh. I wish I hadn't thrown out the old set. I had to replace the battery on the clock immediately. The battery cost more than the clock. The first time it was in the rain it filled with water and quit working. I ordered just the watch this time. It worked till the second hand came to the minute hand and it got stuck on it. several rounds of taking it apart and bending it up and it worked till the minute hand stuck on the hour hand. A few more rounds of bending hands and it went around a little and the battery died. Got a battery that cost more than the watch but worth it because I like the watch, it looks great. The metal part feels like metal and the plating on the first one, the one that worked, was robust. (that one needed a battery, I should have kept it) The second hand made a round and stopped, touching nothing this time, and never moved again. Great idea, poorly executed. They look nice. They don't work.

If you are reasonably adept, you can pry the clock out of the mounting, and then pry the back off the movement, then lift off a plastic spacer, and remove the 477 battery. A pair of small hinged forceps helps. I'm impressed that my clock showed no evidence of water intrusion after sitting in the rain for two years. Overall, this little clock has served me very well, with the only aging being the chrome plating on the mounting.

The battery was dead at arrival. But the good thing is that it is easy to replace battery, and I always have few sets of different batteries at home. Otherwise nice and solid watch.

Hope the battery lasts awhile because it sounds like a not easy chore to replace

Update July 6, 2022: The clock no longer works. I thought maybe it was the battery so I spent $5 for some new batteries but unfortunately that didn't fix it. I contacted the vendor and they won't stand behind the product so now it's just a good looking piece of junk. I would look elsewhere if you want something that actually works. The clock fit the 7/8" bars on my Royal Enfield perfectly with the included silicone pad and tightened down with a single set screw using the included wrench. I suppose it would fit 1" bars if you removed the silicone pad. The clock is basically just a watch movement held into the machined chrome housing using a silicone band which provides a friction fit. It's easy to remove the watch movement to set the time or change the battery. Being analog, the clock is easy to read from any angle and in direct sunlight. So far it's keeping very accurate time and I don't have to wait till I come to a stop to look at my wristwatch.

The first clock I got didn't work, but the second was fine. I have had two of these before that were fine. The return process was easy and the service was fast.

Easy to install and it looks good. How long will it last, I don't know. However for less than $10 delivered I am very happy so far

la montre ''parait bien'', aucune instruction alors tu te débrouilles avec, elle ne marche pas, la batterie surement morte aucune protection sur la batterie pour quelle garde sa charge, style collant a enlever une fois reçu dur a évaluer. Pour changer l'heure, tu dois la mettre en pièces pour accéder a la commande de la montre. j'aurais pue trouver mieux au Dollarama.

The item showed up quickly. Fits nicely on my 1974 BMW motorcycle. Unfortunately, like many other reviewers, the battery was dead, and I had to go to the store to buy a new one. Seems to work OK with the new battery.
