Rattling
Fitment was great but I'd recommend getting a different muffler to install. May not be the case with everyone but mine had something inside break loose and cause awful rattling, I thought it was the silencer but I was wrong definitely an internal issue.(2nd purchase) This is the second exhaust I've ordered old one was destroyed in rear end accident. I ordered the rolled tip style and it seems that the muffler is better quality. Same great fitment, it bolts right up. Will update if muffler gives issues.

Amazing but…
It was amazing! Bolted on amazing even to the aftermarket high flow caytilic converter. The only thing is the extension, it didn’t work well so I had to cut the extension then weld the flange back to it. Other than that amazing welds and overall amazing sound with the rolled tip

Good pipe, horrible muffler
Exhaust fit perfectly, no issues there. The muffler is pretty crappy quality. Within a week the baffle on the inside came loose and now it just sounds like a rattling mess.

very loud system
welding mounting brackets were weak, muffler is loud and silencer broke off in the muffler

Fits great.
I have a 1999 honda accord 2.3liter 4 Dr vtec and it fits great, it is very loud though but idc about that. If you have a any of these honda accord years 1998-2002 it should be a direct fit. Well worth the 160 bucks. I just put mine on today along with a new catalytic converter.
