Great if you don't like mincing garlic
Gonna keep this one short but if you love eating garlic but hate mincing it and getting your fingers all sticky, this thing is great. The way I normally use it is that I rehydrate it in a bit of water for a few minutes and then throw it in whatever I would need fresh garlic for. It's probably a little less potent than fresh but you can just put a little more. It's great if ain't got time for fiddling with small cloves.

I use a lot of dried minced garlic in my cooking. I've purchased this brand before, and have been quite happy with it.

I always, always cook at home. Nice to have on hand and the expiration date is way ahead in time too. Will buy again when needed. My local store doesn't keep these size on hand unless they are always sold out?? Nice to have in my pantry.

Far better than granulated garlic
Minced garlic stays fresh for longer. it has a better flavor than granulated garlic because it’s not degraded by air as much. I normally use it as is but it can be easily ground up if you prefer a finer texture.Minced garlic is far superior to granulated garlic IMO. This lasts a long time and keeps the flavor better.
