Professional Salon Spa Rolling Hair Steamer Conditioner Color Processor (1 Unit)

Very easy to assemble and has been working for about 9 months now. I’m happy with my purchase.

It got delivered to the wrong business to start, but once I recovered it was very easy to put together, (as long as you have the tools that are not included).The base is nice and feels sturdy, good looking machine. I followed the instructions to operate, after about 5 minutes water started to come from the inside of the machine like a rainstorm but no steam from the hood. It made noise as if steam wanted to come out but instead more water gauged from the machine, I ended up with a lake of water in the middle of my studio that I had to clean after I packed the steamer again to be returned immediately !

Huge disappointment but no surprise as amazon continues to allow poor quality items to be sold through them. The steamer is gushing water less than 3 month in and box came missing parts for the stand.

Packed it up The motor is burning, its smoking like it wants to catch fire super dangerous, I have to fill it with water during service for one client, water is it spells on the floor of the salon and builds water in the hood which spills over unto client burning the client. Tried it twice continue to do same thing. I have been super busy with work and school and have missed my return window and pretty pist I spent 89$ for defected equipment.

This dryer works but is not stable. Poorly constructed.

Instructions are not clear or detailed. I figured out how to assemble by trial & error but not difficult at all. Takes a few minutes for the water to heat & start producing steam. The hood is adjustable; if you notice water leaking from the hood you adjust the hood down as the rim collects the condensation but if the hood it’s tilted back that may not work properly. Once you are done steaming tilt the hood back; the water from the hood will then drain into the little clear bottle. Pull out the water canister on top and empty left over water. There is a metal tube with a black cap sticking out of the unit; remove the cap to drain on rest of the water inside the unit. The main unit just sits on top of the stand and can be pulled on & off easily. I haven’t found a way yet to secure the main to the stand. If anyone knows please let me know. If I find out I will update my comment. I don’t feel like it’s gonna fall or anything but I do not like that it’s not locked in place. Not dripping; other than a little condensation. It get pretty hot; I would recommend to use on low.UPDATE: 2/14/2020!!!My hair feels sooo moisturized and soft!!! My curl needed this so much. Also, I contacted the seller who advised that the unit just sits on top of the stand & does not lock into place. I’m thinking a rubber washer will give me the give it some resistance so it does easier just lifts up. Again, it only lifts if you pull it up so it’s completely safe while in use but I personally would like a bit of resistance especially when you are moving it around.

The media could not be loaded.  It was leaking uncontrollably on the first used!! We are very disappointed, we ordered a replacement. I will update on the second steamer but as of right now this is not a good item so I would not recommend this item especially doesn’t want to go through the returning hassle
