Just what my daughter wanted!

I was sold a DVD that should be able to be read in a DVD/Blu-Ray player. NOTHING. My player says the DVD cannot be read. I put in the second one, same. DVD CANNOT BE READ. Then I tried the DVD player in the computer. Same. File cannot be read!!!!

Love the movie and quality and we bought this because of the digital copy that was supposed to be included. Unfortunately the code was out of date and therefore, we couldn't use it. It had expired. I had no idea they had expiration dates for these... we decided to keep it since we promised my daughter that we would watch it once she had read the whole book. She did and waited for quite a while and I didn't want her motivation/reward to go bad with all the hard work she had done.

I made the mistake of not opening this item immediately and when I did, it would give an error message on every dvd player. The retailer stated I should be able to google how to get it to work but wouldn't make it right because I waited too long. I still haven't had the time to research further.

For starter it was NOT very well packaged.... the box itself looked rough upon opening the box found the case was broken almost in half it basically looks as if it was slammed in a car door, both disks we're completely loose we don't know if the movie will work yet but the bonus disk was also broken....but hopefully the actual movie will play fine just super disappointed in the shipping first time ever giving this low of a review on Amazon

DVD doesn’t play (my bad I guess since I’m in the US), and the code for the download expired 6 months before I ordered it. Reached out for a return and can’t return since the product has been opened and isn’t in the same condition as when it arrived. It took a month to get here - my daughter ordered it with her chore money. Complete thumbs down.

I did not mind that it was being shipped from Great Britain. What I am upset about is that I cannot play it in any of my American systems. I had not idea there is a region 1 or 2 but thats the reason I cannot play it in my systems.
