Does not come as per picture
Didn't come as the picture shows with batteries and in a sealed sky wrapper. The remote arrived in its own not wrapped or in any original sky wrapper. No instructions on how to get my tv to recognise it!

Overpriced and not as shown
It is not repackaged or supplied with batteries and I suspect not reconditioned.It is simply a used Remote Control with one or two function buttons not working well, which was the reason I was looking for a replacement in the first place !

Need to programme remote to get volume function
The mute button and volume control were completely non functional on arrival so I requested a return/refund. The seller phoned to advise that the replacement remote needed to be programmed with a 4 digit remote code matching my TV model (code obtainable from Sky website). He talked me through it and remote is now working fine. A bit of a hassle but necessary apparently. This should be made clear on the product information. Or include instructions with the shipment. Hence the 3 star rating.

Brilliant. Originally ordered one direct from sky, cheap plastic back almost broke casing inserting batteries & it was more expensive than this amazon remote,

A little disappointed
Would have given it 5 stars but it wasn't in its original packaging just came in a padded envelope as if it was a second hand item.Apart from that, works fine, prompt delivery otherwise
