I used to use a sprung loaded holder for my phone but it was cheep and the rubber bung eventually became lost, despite using some tape to help keep it.This is a little better. The thumb screws are a little slower to set up than the spring action I had before. However the ability to easily change the angle from portrait to landscape or fine tune the angle will be of more use to me than the previous device I used.I have used it on a couple of different phones already. Each is a different size and the adjustment isn't a headache.The screw socket is a standard size for a tripod (or monopod) and will work well on all of mine.It is a little more bulky than what I used before but I have made room in my camera bag.It's too early to say how well it will last, but it does appear to be quite sturdy and should do fine.

taking a lot of photos/ videos/ time lapses on my phone can sometimes be a bit difficult keeping the phone still. going on holiday i didn't want to take a big camera or tripod. I purchased the phone mount and was pleasantly surprised. The ad obviously advertises more towards Iphone but checking the dimensions it fits my Huawei p20 mate pro perfectly. packaging was small and not overboard on plastic bags. connecting it to my mini tripod was easy and can hold the phone still in portrait / landscape easily. moving the phone around i can see its stable and not going to allow my phone to fall out or shake around.

Used this to be able to put my Iphone X on a tripod. Was very sturdy and I felt my phone was safe with this device. Price also very good.

Good sturdy phone mount with several options for mounting and orientation. Large enough even for my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.

Its fine. It is versatile and allows for easy set up.Mine was dropped and cracked, but I am still happy enough that I immediately bought another just like it.Take care of it and it will do the job.

An excellent piece of kit. Got it to set up a vlog, using my iPone. Lightweight and sturdy, does exactly what I wanted it format a very reasonable price with a quick and efficient service from there suppliers.

I needed this to mount on my tripod as I had to do some virtual video on properties, fitted really easy using my tripods plate, however, when using it, it tends to move my phone at an angle and I find I have to constantly stop and realign it, even though the phone is tight in the jaws. Not ideal when you are trying to video at 360o. I've stopped using it now and have more success with using the phone to video without it
