Excellent
Its a great printer, super portable, high quality print, it works great on my mac and windows laptop. The only downside is the cost of cartridges. Otherwise the best inkjet out there.

Great printer at a wonderful price
Although a little scuffed up from use (this was a used printer) it has been reliable and prints very well. I would recommend Amazon refurbished for this item.

Good light duty take along printer.
It was a little difficult to get it connected to my computer at first, but I was finally successful. It has been working fine since. I would say it is more of a light duty printer than an every day printer. The size is good and I got a carrying case for it as well, which makes it super easy to take along when needed. Everything else is as expected for the price, which isn’t bad.

Great price on a great printer. Looks and works like new!
I needed this specific brand and model of printer for an application I was developing. I was able to get substantial savings on buying a refurbished printer. To my delight, the printer arrived and looked brand new, right down to the protective plastic films covering the outside of the printer case. The printer comes with a 30-day warranty, so I was able to order with confidence. It works perfectly, and I'm very happy with my purchase!

2 years later, it's stopped working.
2 years later, it's stopped working. I had minor problems with this throughout the 2 years I had it. It would freeze a lot and I would have to unplug and remove the battery. Other than that, it was a good printer. I wish it lasted longer, a bit lighter. It's kind of heavy for the size.

Great for travel!
I had this copier and lost it, so I bought another one. It works great, except I wish it would have a tray to hold the paper after it is printed. The first one I bought didn't work correctly, so I contacted HP and they had me try a few things. I was sent a new one and a postage paid box in which to return the previous one. Fed Ex delivered another package to me and I gave it to the driver!
