Sticker Dolly Dressing Fashion Designer Autumn Collection Paperback – 1 Aug. 2014

I didn't read the description too closely as my daughter loves these sticker books and I was just pleased to find one she hadn't previously done. Unfortunately it's more of a fashion designer book rather than a sticker scene book like all the previous versions. Many of the stickers are uncoloured encouraging the girls to decorate them themselves (however colouring pens smudge on this shiny paper) and there are sticker swatches of patterns that they are supposed to feel inspired by to create their own designs. Unfortunately, that's not what my daughter loves about these books. She loves to layer the colourful stickers and create the full scenes and has no interest in fabric textures, patterns, colour matching and all the other elements of fashion design. This is perhaps a better book for girls moving away from sticker scenes and more towards fashion design activities - like the name suggests. So totally my fault for getting it, but I assumed it would be like the others.

Looks fantastic, lovely to get a good range in these dolly dressing books, bought this as gift for 7 year old with an autumn birthday who loves doing fashion shows, this looked perfect. The sticker dolly books always go down well, my daughter has several and loves putting the outfits together.

Excellent sticker book. My daughter loves all of them. I haven't realised it's the fashion design one,but it was even more fun for my little girl. I will definitely buy it again.
