Hardcore Carnivore Amplify (Small Shaker)

I will update my review when I have used this more... but I have to say I am not impressed with it after first taste and first use.Finger test - tastes like chicken bouillon.Used on a New York steak - tastes like bouillon on a steak.I plan to do chicken thighs tomorrow so I will try it with them, both alone and mixed with other seasonings.I will say I feel like there are other flavors in there trying to break through and maybe with more experience they will be more noticeable.All around just not sure where it will fit in to really do what it says and amplify the flavors of my cooking, but I’m going to keep trying! It is not bad in any way, I am just going to reiterate that it so closely resembles bouillon to me that I don’t know if I will be able to get past it.It is also rather expensive for the quantity of product compared to most of the other stuff that I buy. Not ridiculous if it can be used sparingly in addition to other seasonings though.

I don’t know what’s in this stuff, but it is amazing! I really enhances my meat dishes giving them a richer deeper delicious flavor. I was hesitant at first to use this spice, then tried it on some boring old chicken, holy cow! I had no idea chicken could taste this good. Then I tried it on a ribeye and was in heaven.I now use it on all my meat dishes and receive rave reviews. The key is not to go overboard, a little sprinkle is all that’s needed to bring out the amazing flavors of your meats. I even carry a small container with me when I’m dining out to enhance my meals. This is one spice I cannot live without.

Jess Pryles...you are to meat what Jordan is to basketball. :) Your classes are awesome and very helpful and your seasonings are over the top. My Mom, who taught me to cook, said the steak I smoked using your Black seasoning was the best she’s ever had. My kids always ask, did you use the Jess Pryles stuff? Amplify is great on everything. I use it in scrambled eggs, sprinkled on top of fries...just about anything that needs an extra bit of flavor. Highly recommended.

One of the best if not THE best dry rubs for chicken. Excellent all purpose rub when using a pellet smoker

I add this to all of my winning bbq rubs and grilling seasonings. Umami loaded.

The product, to my tastes and opinion, made fresh food acquire a "processed taste." I gave it to a friend, who did not like its smell and did not like its ingredients. Ingredients list begins with "Salt, Chicken Powder (Chicken Fat, Chicken Broth, and Natural Flavor [Extract of Rosemary])." To me, it tasted processed. I contacted Amazon, then the company, which did not allow returns. Very expensive for something I'm throwing in the trash.

Good rub - use it on many things!
