Great to work with.
Pleased with this knife. Great for fruit and meat. Has kept its sharpness and has a great balance of weight in the handle to point, making it a pleasure to work with. Note it's much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Great price for a quality product.

Good quality
Bought as a gift. Came in a good box which protects the knife. Extremely sharp! Good solid feel. Recipient was very happy with it. Makes food preparation so much easier.

Comfortable handle and super sharp of a good length for all tasks. Well packaged.

Easy to use but bad edge retention
I only use this knife for fruit and veg. Blade was sharp when first bought but very quickly it became dull. Cutting tomatoes became a struggle. Overall, not so good in my opinion.

Compramos uno, y rápidamente otro, el cuchillo es bonito, bien presentado, ligero, balanceado, funciona muy bien. Han ido para dos casas diferentes después de mucho tiempo buscando un cuchillo santoku pequeño y más manejable. Lo recomiendo sin duda alguna. La empuñadura es suave y cómoda y el corte limpio.
