HowTo on How To to Fix the Wheels
The chair itself is great. The casters are terrible. I ordered several replacement wheels and had to return them because the size of the insert hole is too narrow. 'Uniqueusername' who left a review here is the bomb dot com - the man figured it out. Get a 7/16 IN drill bit, drill out the holes and then you can put any wheel replacements you like in there. Make sure they are .433(11mm) IN in diameter and you're good to go. I've replaced the wheels in this fashion and it's perfect. Took about 20 minutes to drill out all the holes and replace the wheels. Drill bit is 8 bucks from Home Depot.Props to 'Uniqueusername'.

Great for tall people
I got this to use as a gaming chair for my boyfriend because he has had had back problems. He can sit in it for hours without his back hurting. It offers great lumbar support with adjustable armrests, height and recline settings. What we really were looking for was a recline setting that locks into place so it doesn't adjust every time you move which this chair does as well.It is a fairly heavy chair, but it has a bar on the back so you can easily slide it from place to place - even on carpeting which is where I keep mine. Please note that this chair is NOT for small people. I am 5'4" and 110 lbs and can barely sit back in this chair without my feet dangling. It is made for taller people. It fits my boyfriend perfectly who is 6'1" and 190 lbs. Keep that in mind before ordering. All around: Great chair for tall people who sit for long periods of time.

I tried this chair out in the store and it was great. The back was super flexible and adjusted to every motion and provided really nice support. What I actually got was nothing like it. This back and its pieces are incredibly stiff and besides moving back a bit like any chair when you do back tilt, the three pieces are really pretty inflexible. That makes this chair wildly uncomfortable. I'm 5'4" by the way. It feels just like a seat on a plane where there's no real lumbar support but the part that is supposed to support the shoulders actually pushes your shoulders further out than your lower back. So you have your shoulders touching the top but then there's zero lumbar support. You can barely even feel any of the lower panels because the top part is pushing you forward and away from the rest of the chair back. Hugely disappointed. It was nothing like the store model. I tried adjusting this chair in every which way, but there's nothing I can figure out that actually gets the lumbar support to really touch my lower back. :(

Arms too wide and lumbar support digs into back.
Tried in the local Office Max and felt good. Bought online through Amazon since $70 less. I'm 6'0" inches with a long torso and 180#. The arms are several inches too wide for me- I can't imagine that they are positioned correctly, so they can keep their arms straight at their sides for anyone unless they are super morbidly obese. The lumbar support feels good at first but after a few hours and leaning back the articulation in the middle digs into the middle of the back. Returned after first day- my old chair is way better.

Awesome chair for the price.
The side supports are trimmed in hard plastic, which runs up and down your mid-back/spine. It helps encourage proper posture, but it can get old after a while.Other than that, it's super configurable. I really wanted adjustable arm-rests and everything else was just icing on the cake. Seems pretty sturdy, so we'll see if I ever need to use the 5 year warranty it comes with.

Almost perfect
Would have given it five stars but for one small flaw -- the arms sit out fairly wide from the seat. I like having my computer in the corner of my desk and the arms limit how far I can scoot in. It's not a major problem, but I'd prefer that they be an inch or two closer in.

Not a good fit
The seat of this chair is very hard and does not "float" so if you have lower back issues, this chair could trigger sciatica! It does not adjust well for the money that you spend for it. It may be sturdy but I have feeling it won't last, and it is just way too uncomfortable. And you can't return it :(

The chair is worth every penny. As an individual with sciatic pain this chair is a dream. It offers full range of motion and adjust in just about every location you could expect. Even in places you don't expect. After being pampered by its adjustable areas I wish the arm rests adjusted from front to back as well. They adjust in height and width though!
