Found this product easy to use and effective.

Very good,but expensive postage,now I think the alternative product from UK which was cheaper,would have done the same.

Only been using for 9 days can definitely see improvement already

This is not a quick process. It can take several months for full effect to be reached. So far there does seem to be a definite fading of the scars so hopefully I should have a good result.

I used this gel after a blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), and I think a lot of the negative reviews are based on the wrong expectations. This is not a regular cream that absorbs instantly. It has a slightly sticky texture at first because it creates a protective layer over the scar. That’s actually important for healing. Also, this is not an instant-result product. It doesn’t “remove” scars overnight. Its purpose is to support proper healing and help prevent the scar from becoming raised or more noticeable over time. Another important factor is the surgeon’s technique. No product can fix a poorly done procedure, so that plays a big role in the final result. In my experience, using it consistently made a difference. The scar became less red, smoother, and less visible as it healed. If you understand what this product is meant to do and use it correctly, it’s worth it.
