UGREEN USB C to USB A adapter works well.
Works great. Allowed me to use with a mini pc that I didn't do due diligence when purchasing or would have realized the only USB C port was for the mini pc power. Connected to to USB A port no problem.

Mostly reliable
I bought a few of these. Mostly they’ve been fine, but I do have one that’s become unreliable, so I took off one star. I like that they include the string loop to keep them secured to the cable. Makes my charging kit more versatile as I know I can use my USB-C cables anywhere.

Cheap. They don't limit data speeds with my older win10 towers even on the USB 2.0 inputs speeds are actually 100 to 150mb/s observed (not test data) on huge multi-GB file transfers. They seem to work well with my external 4TB Crucial X9 Pro & X6 SSD drives. Oner faster USB ports on the same computer I can often see 330mb/s actual speeds. You can move hundreds of GB's very quickly on an older (2016) desktop computer.

Super Useful Adapters!
I haven't tested the data connection on these adapters yet, but I have been using them for charging some devices with permanently attached USB-C cables where I only have a USB-A port free on my charging station (Apple Watch charger specifically) and they've been solid!Another banger from UGREEN :)
