Green with envy!
Like most humans, We want it done YESTERDAY, but true to form it's doing a wonderful job on the area i set it on ( 12" x 5' ).Why did you pick this product vs others?:Easy to spot place on bald area's.

poor almost nothing grows.
I follow the instructions to the letter, fresh compost, watering 3 times a day, barely any new grass grew. a waste of money if you asked me..

Grass patching
Well it works but very slowly. It’s an ok product for patches but it needs to be consistently watered. It works though.

Easy
The only thing that surprised me was I didn't realize that the matting would basically disintegrate upon watering. Not a problem just a little bit of a surprise. I thought it was a more durable.

Something was changed
I've bought these some years ago and it worked well, but this time they don't seem to have a lot of seeds in them because it's looking pretty bald and it was raining non stop for days after I put it on the ground, after a couple of months of watering it I have to say I'm disappointed.

Expensive Hype
All hyped up. I got very mixed results. Small patches ok larger area's little or no growth. Apply on a calm day or the wind will blow this material all over the place until it gets wet. I don't recommend for areas larger than 1 or 2 square feet. It looks like the material does more to impede growth even when following the directions. Got better/faster results with grass seed and straw. This method requires a lot of work with little or no results. I do not recommend this product. Stick with covered seed. What this product claims is all hype.
