Superb
I bought this CD recently, as I love music of this genre. Although I was not a huge DM fan back in the day, I knew enough of their earlier hits to make this purchase worthwhile. Having now listened to it, I can honestly say that it is absolutely superb. It took me right back to the 1980s and I enjoyed all of the songs, without skipping any of them. I was pleased that Just Can't Get Enough was on here, as that was one of the very first singles that I ever bought.Although this CD only covers the early part of their career, it's still an essential purchase for casual and diehard DM fans alike. It's excellent value and is guaranteed to get any 80s party started. If you love 80s music and you love DM, then get this. You certainly won't be disappointed!

One of the greatest bands ever on a best cd!
This is a fantastic CD even though it was always going to be hard to really have a definitive collection of their songs. Unless you have their albums already, I would add Exciter, Violator, and Songs of Faith and Devotion to this, in a heartbeat.Though the Mode have been pumping out great tracks for years, I place 'I Feel You'as the ultimate DM track. It may not sound like their early 80s stuff, but no matter.'Strangelove', is equally amazing. And it's worth revisiting their videos on You Tube, you forget how pumped up David Gahan was when doing 'I Feel You', the amazing looking woman walking the dog in 'Strangelove', and Martin Gore strumming lead piping on a garage door in 'Shake the Disease'.No weak tracks. Many awesome ones. Buy now!

And it IS their best!!
This is a good album....that is why I gave it 4*sMy favourite is track is "See You" a no 6 hit in' 82 and then it is "Master and Servant". a No 9 in '84. The whole Cd is packed with all good songs and is very much a feel-good CD ( as I've said before, Great for Driving to on a summer's day) They never had a no 1 and their biggest hit was also their last top 10 hit....c "Barrel of a Gun" a no4 in '97 ( which strangely NOT on this 18 track Cd. hey Ho it is still a fine CD Yes I DI recommend it!!

Attention Grabbing !
I wasn't into DP when they were at their peak but was interested in their edgy music. I wasn't disappointed on hearing this album for the first time, and was surprised by their non politic lyrics. A great find !
