Does anybody Have any ideas on how to increase resistance? There is barely why difference between levels 1-8

The idea behind any treadmill is to provide a moving surface to allow the uaer to walk or run in a vwry small space. The objective is not resistance, its an endurance machine. If you want resistance, try springs or resistance bands on the wall that attache to a belt? Or wear a backback filled with sand.

Can you sprint on this?

We have but you need one a little more stable. It is in a permanent 8 or 10 degree angle, will not go flat.
