Alvoxcon USB Wireless Microphone (UM210-SILVER)

I got this for my misses who uses a singing app called smule. We bought the iPad adapter and she's able to sing very well on the app now with headphones plugged in. The app doesn't work well with Bluetooth headphones anyway. She sounds incredible, crystal clear and the quality it amazing. No more is the ipad picking up surrounding noises around the house, just her voice through the microphone. An excellent buy!

The receiver dongle was recognized immediately by W10 and installed within a few moments. The sound quality is excellent. It picks up sound best fairly close up and in-line with the microphone, but I have been using it for voice+guitar over Zoom and, if I sit a little back from the microphone, both are picked up well. One thing to watch is that it does get through (2xAA) batteries quite quickly, so it's a good idea to turn off the mic immediately you've finished using it - and an even better idea to invest in rechargeable batteries.

I believe you get what you pay for. Sure there are cheaper mics on the market and much better ones if you're prepared to pay over the odds. But this mic does the job. Easy to set up and works well for meetings in a hall. Very happy with it.🙂

Delivery was fine and it worked first time on my laptop, so it looks OK at the moment. The only issue I have had is with a bit of wind noise and a few clicks from handling it, but these would be the same for any hand-held mic. I have put a top cover on it and it seems tor reduce the noise issue.

The microphone works well and is a good representation of the product description. I had a support problem, which was dealt with very promptly and was resolved at first contact via the email address on the guidance enclosed with the mic. We have only been using since Christmas Day, but we are very happy with the purchase.

I thought due to the price point that this mic would be poor. However I combined the input with VoiceMeeter software and it sounds great. Range is about 100ft

Waist of time and money, has a missing battery cover. The microphone feels cheap and light. Feels really fragile like it will brake very easy and the type c to USB feels like its going to brake your phones charing port when you try put it in. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SENDING IT BACK.

This is my second attempt at using a wireless USB microphone (the first was disappointing due to design intent product behavior). We used this primarily for outdoor group Zoom meetings with multiple people using the mic, where a laptop microphone or wired microphone wasn't going to work out. We have only used it as a USB input device for a windows computer, though I did test using the output jack to hook to a PA system once and that worked great too. On Windows10 and Windows7 it just worked - no driver download required. Not tried on other operating systems. Here are the good points: Distance - worked great in outdoor area where microphone was as far as 25 feet from the USB dongle (we did not try much further than that) Clarity - Even our softest spoken people were easy to hear on the Zoom call. No background noise at all - but if you point the mic at a gathering of people, that worked well for hearing them okay also. Battery Life - we used this 2 hours one day a week and two batteries has lasted for 10 weeks or more. Having a battery meter on the mic is great, so you can keep an eye on it. Durability - we have not broken it yet despite the occasional drop/throw. Feels very sturdy. Issues/suggestions. It would be nice if there was a mute button, but turning it on/off works fine. One time there was some interference, but it seems to be more about how the person was holding it, perhaps blocking signal to the USB adapter - once they adjusted it was fine.

Used it for closed captioning in a classroom. Blown away by the quality and the distance it still worked from the computer. Loved the product.
