Hammerite works
Does what it says - puts a decorative and protective layer on metal and rust but use with disposable paintbrushes as you need expensive Hammerite solvent to clean them - turps or white spirit does not work. The hammered finish produces a better finish than the smooth, imho.

Not really much to say it's Hammerite it does what it's supposed to doGo"s on pretty thick thoughOh and it doesn't like powder coatingPs only just painted my stuff so we'll see

Transforms old to new
Great paint, easy to apply, I used it on my caravan veranda transformed it, it looked like new covered rust spots up.

A bit expensive but seems to be about the same everywhere
Good stuff covered well, ordered from Amazon but it's not despatched by them so delivery a bit slow

Best paint for metal
You can't beat Hammerite, it's the best. Needs cellulose thinners.
