No pain no gain
Tastes better than plain old Senna and definitely does the job of keeping you regular. It does cause slight cramping so I wouldn’t advise it as an everyday tea. I can’t speak to its ‘weight loss’ properties but it does decrease appetite when you’re too busy do using on where the nearest toilet is. For me it starts to work between 4-6 hours so be careful to time consumption right!

Works well for me
Great tasting ,makes me lose weight ,it makes me have bowel movement early mornings,deflates the stomach as well, gets rid of bloating,it works in just few days for me.Love it.
